The Home Depot

I had a great time here today due to the personality of the employee who checked us out. I arrived with a friend to pick up his father's online order. The clerk was the same one who took the order and was told where we were coming from, so it was a bit of a surprise when we were asked how Wisconsin was. Not something we expected to hear while in Clinton, IA. It's really nice that people are willing to let their humor show!

I would like to give a 5 star review at Home Depot to a sales associate named Darren Vos
I purchased a microwave there a week ago and he walked me thru everything I needed to know , sold it to me at the desk in the back of the store and saved me a little bit of money on it . He truly went above the service that you normally would get at other stores and I believe he needed a shout out for excellent customer service.

I visited home depot today and was very happy with the attention and help i received from Rhonda. i was in the hardware department and Rhonda was walking by, greeted me and asked if i needed help. i told her what i was looking for, and she said “this isn't my department but i can help you find what you're looking for” she was attentive, professional, knowledgeable and sweet. i will keep coming back here & hire more girls like her

I would like to say a giant THANK YOU to our Clinton, Iowa driver, Ismael, for all of his help. He went out of his way to be kind and helpful. He is a credit to your company. He ensures that I will want to continue to do business with Home Depot.

Went to HD to check on some prices for a humidifier and to maybe find a Christmas present or two for friends/family. Per usual, HD had all that and more, and I ended up with new dresser jobs too! It's just hard because their shelves are filled with things I didn't even consider until I get there and see that I need them. I can only say that when I get done I almost instantly want to go back in, and start to plan my next trip to the store. They have many choices, including new products to get your job done, solid prices that you can feel good about, and a very helpful staff, that doesn't hover, but is readily available for you.

All of the employees we delt with were very upbeat and friendly. Especially Nate who walked us from one end of the store to the other to help us. He told us we were important and he would help us until we had everything we came for.

Love this place ready to be apart of it soon

Way better experience than let's say Menards, at least home Depot the employees will make contact with you as where the other place goes out of the way not to help you.

Customer service in garden department is subpar and there is no courtesy or politeness

I'm a retired electrician. So getting what I need electrically is no problem. However plumbing I don't know why but it's always going back to the store getting the proper part. I had no problem finding an assistant at the plumbing department. And I'm glad she was there and available everything went together without a problem. Thank you.....

It feels like the toy store from when I was a kid! So many possibilities for diy and they are soooo helpful when ur unsure about something!

Employee directed my mother and I to the aisle we were looking for and assisted with looking for the Smoke detector we wanted.

Good place for well stocked top quality products and competitive prices. Staff is knowledgeable helpful courteous.

I went in to find specific items. I could not locate on my own. Asked cashier for assistance to the aisle I needed it at and was met by associate within seconds of returning to the aisle. Employee was very helpful in locating my requested items and my trip into the store was pleasantly short.

They are always helpful even within the massive store where you walk isle to isle trying to find someone and then you find someone and they say"oh, this isn't my department but I'll get someone to help you" and then you wait for someone, and wait, and when someone finally comes they are very courteous and helpful, cashiers are always cheerful and kind and there is always someone right there to help me load my stuff into my car.!!!! I rate this home depot a 5☆☆☆☆☆.

So the garbage disposal broke so we decided to just put in the regular drain. Went to the Home Depot and luckily we ran in to a awesome business associate named Chuck and he helped us find all the parts we need to fix the sink. He was so patient with us. Totally recommend this location 👍👌

Home Depot if you're building something with wood or buying a sink refrigerator microwave or adding something to the household or even the garden this is a place to come great staff very helpful and know what they're doing and they know what you're looking for because they know the store in and out so if you're not sure just ask the staff they'll help you out.
