Billion made buying my first Toyota and first brand new car effortless. They didn’t have the exact vehicle I wanted on Saturday, but had the extensive relationships to secure car the I wanted by the following Monday from another dealer. And at a great price! By Thursday the paint sealant and mud guards were on and the paperwork was ready. No surprises, the pricing and terms were exactly what we agreed on. Will be back again!

I had made an appointment for an oil change and needed to have the service department investigate a whining noise coming from engine compartment. They got me in for appointment quickly and found the whining noise to be a faulty part that they had in stock and repaired it in a timely manner. Because my truck was still under warrantee there was no charge and they also added a truck wash for free. Very satisfied with Billion thus far and will continue recommending them to others.

We LOVE this company! We purchased a Tundra from Javier at the Clinton, IA branch and we were so happy with the service that a year later, we bought a Dodge Nitro from Javier again. We did most of the work by phone and texting and it took about 45 mins to test drive, buy and do all the paperwork at the dealership a few days later. Headmiles 2018 Ram Dodge Inn for oil change lube. And they got me in and out pretty darn quick. However, having said that the first time I took my truck in there. The truck seemed to have problems after that. When I took the truck back in.
I asked them to address the problems and they did. $85 for oil change. Good grief, I will be doing it myself.

Salesman, Caleb, was awesome! Not pushy and my niece and I were very pleased with that! Caleb helped us out so much answering my questions and explained features very well. Ben from financing was extremely pleasant to talk with as well. Kudos to both and to all the Billion staff!

I brought my 2023 Traverse in for a ticking sound on the driver’s side that was driving me crazy because it’s a brand new car. Mark worked with me and listened to everything I had to say. He was able to fix the problem and the noise is completely gone. I am so happy with the service I received.

I bought my 2022 Tundra from this dealership and I'm pleased with level of service I was provided. Yea, I had to wait almost 6 month to get my Tundra (and eventually got not 100 % what I was looking for), but that's not the dealership problem - Toyota just can't keep up with orders while people who I worked with (and Dylan Solberg is one of them) were (and are) great and answered all my questions.
