All I can say is wow. So I purchased a king size bed with an adjustable base and a twin bed. If I could give a million star review I would. The amount of hospitality he has is amazing. Very very very good customer service. I could be on here all day giving this company compliments. I did read the reviews before I purchased a bed and I do not understand the couple of bad reviews that were on here so I chalked it up to a person that is impossible to plz. I’ve ran into that before. I’m just so amazed and I’ll definitely be back to purchase more when I need to. This is the kind of company that you don’t even shop around anymore because you know it’s a great place.

I absolutely love this mattress! It's super comfortable and has the perfect amount of firmness. Not to hard and not to soft. Perfect for those that are between firmness. I had my teenager test this out because he needed a bigger bed and he loves it! Domingo and his staff gave us excellent service and the delivery was flawless!

Owner Domingo is one of the nicest people i’ve had the pleasure of meeting! very professional and makes sure that everyone that walks threw the door is taken care with the needs they desire! definitely go check him out when your in town you won’t regret it!

One of the nicest,helpful salesman, respectful I dealt with. Gave me a discount on 2 mattresses. He worked with me on delivery and set up. I bugged him several times in 1 week to get everything set up. Never did I encounter a Hassel.
I'd go back for dinning room furniture or another mattress.

I was able to find a wonderful mattress that would suit our needs as my girlfriend has osteoporosis and the old mattress we had was not suitable so after talking to Domingo at Factory direct mattress his knowledge and the professionalism led us to the perfect mattress for us he was very respectful to us and made good. Thank you Domingo! I meant to ask you though about warranty I believe it is 10 years can you reach out and let me know. Though I dont foresee any issues. I really liked the mattress i got and the owner was very nice. He helped me choose the right mattress for me and made sure to provide options to fit my needs. We had genuine conversations for a while and you can tell he truly cares about the customer not only when it comes to their health from a good bed but also them as people. Great service, thank you. I had company showing up and needed a bed fast. The owner showed me a great bed and him and his wife personally delivered it to my front door the same hour in the rain. Our company slept great because of it. Above and beyond. Very hard to find that type of service these days. I highly recommend.

The owner really knows a lot about mattresses, and how people should be sleeping on them. Very nice, polite, well worth going. If you need a new set or like me, you buy the adjustable bed and mattress. I cannot wait to get it and start sleeping better.

So when I got my mattress I thought it was too soft, but since it was new, I had to sleep on it for a week and finally realized one side was firm and 1 side was soft. So I called up the store. And they got me a new mattress that was firm if you're in the market for a new mattress. I would go check them out. They stand behind what they sell.

My mom bought a full sized, plush mattress and metal bed frame at this store for me. The way they personally customize the mattress for you and explain the choices in detail is phenomenal and resulted in us getting the bed we wanted. The shipping was quick as well, which is awesome.

Finally, the mattress itself was incredibly comfortable to lay down in. I really love it, especially my mom. She likes laying in my bed sometimes now! It’s all definitely worth the price because of its great customer-based service, quick delivery, and quality.

This man went over the top to help me. He was closing and waited and extra 30 minutes staying past business hours to help me. Then talked with timed patience instead of hurrying to leave probably missing his own dinner. We came in looking to upgrade our bed. The owner is very well knowledgeable on mattresses. he helped us get a great bed and mattress. We have had our bed for about three weeks and we both are sleeping better and not waking up with back issues. When we need new beds or mattresses this is where we will be going.
