Great service, slightly long wait for food as they were busy on Saturday lunchtime, but it was worth it, delicious meal. The chicken is great, and those soft bread sticks melt in your mouth.

Sitting near the fireplace with Christmas music in the background really gets you in the holiday spirit. With wine, very cozy.

Great service and atmosphere. Nice beautiful view of the river. Chicken George is a must try! Delicious!

Nothing short of impeccable across the Board..! My server Victoria was amazing..;made Me feel right at Home through out My stay. The experience as a whole made for an extremely memorable Veterans Day for Me.

Outstanding preparation of the 3 Filets They started Me with! I will, without a doubt, order this again!!! Excellant Flavor, as well as, plated with care!!!
I mentioned to Evan, (My Server), that the Meal reminded Me of some 52 Years ago when My Father and Mother would take My Sister & Myself out to a Holiday Inn, where we lived, for their AYCE Deep Fried Lake Perch Dinner..;the cost at that time I distinctly remember as $2.25 per Person..! The Year 1971!!! I was 8 Years Old and in the 2nd Grade. Quite a change, in relation to the current price, I paid at $14.99 + Tax & Gratuity.., however, WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

Went there for my birthday. It was a nice but humid day so we sat inside. You can still see the river because the windows are huge. Food was great. Atmosphere was great. Our server Olivia was really nice and pleasant. Everything was clean and sanitized. There is outside seating.

Really great food and service! This was a nice experience while visiting Clinton, Iowa. The food was fresh, tasty, and hot! The onion rings were amazing! And the salmon Rockefeller didn't disappoint! We also had a nice view from the windows of the frozen Mississippi

Fabulous food, excellent service. A bit pricey, but well worth it. Justine provided excellent service. Everyone was super nice, especially seating us at a table where my wife cloud scoot up with her battery scooter. The view was spectacular. Shown are the 12oz Pirme Ribeye, and the Chicken of the Sea (1/2# Chicken George and 5 shrimp) . Steak very tasty, Chicken was super. We will definitely go back!

The waitress could have asked us for a refill on our tea. When I only left $7 for a tip she was snooty. Hey its all I had.

We got engaged outside of here 6 years ago. It has a beautiful river view, delicious food, and great service. The cocktails and chicken George are fantastic! We love it here.

We live nearby and usually eat at Candlelight once a week. Tonight we ordered delivery for our first time and while it arrived on time there was no chicken in my husband’s entree.
I phone right away and explained what happened and there was a piping hot and fresh replacement at our door in less than 5 minutes!

Big table and the wait staff was awesome. Quick, friendly and accurate. Definitely worth stopping if you haven't been here.

The food was delicious! We got power salads, fries & margaritas. It was so tasty, fresh ingredients, the fries were *chefs kiss* glad they had meat free options on the menu! Drinks were fantastic. Service top notch. Clean atmosphere, beautiful view, outside seating on a deck overlooking the river. No complaints here! 10/10

A wonderful place with a great view of the river that divides the states of Iowa and Illinois. Incredible service, super friendly staff. And most importantly, a 10-note food.
