Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clinton, an IHG Hotel

An exceptional stay from start to finish. Everyone greeted us each and every time. Was attending the iTIP Symposium. Front desk team was polite and helpful. Night auditor was very kind and helpful as well. Even though his shift was over he went out of his way to get me additional tissue and coffee replacement for my room. Breakfast was well stocked, hot, fresh and clean. Visited with both attendants each morning and you could tell they took pride in thier job. Room was clean. Towels plentiful and beds comfortable. Dispite the hotel being full, it was a quiet and peaceful night sleep. Well done Clinton Iowa and Holiday Inn Express!!

Stayed for one night and it was a pleasant stay! The room was very clean and made me feel comfortable. The beds were pretty comfy and had a good amount of pillows per bed! The blinds in the room didn’t let hardly any light in which was awesome. The front staff are amazing and super nice! The breakfast had a lot of good options and tasted delicious! Next time I am back, I will definitely book again! ☺

Fairly new property that was well maintained. I loved the layout of my room with bed and couch. Fitness area could’ve been updated or new machines added. The treadmill I used was pretty run down, but still did the job. Very close to many restaurants. Overall great experience. Enjoy!

They are updating the hotel now, but most of it is done and it looks great. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room, which not all HIE hotels have. The breakfast was great and the staff did a wonderful job. The rooms were very clean and quiet and very spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

we drove thru 2 other hotel lots before we went to Holiday Inn Express. Online prices for all 3 were similar but Holiday Inn Express was by far the better looking from outside. Walked in and were very pleased. Employees very friendly, hotel was clean, pool was clean, breakfast was good. Very happy with our choice.

Clean hotel that’s being renovated. I did not hear any construction or noise during my stay. Front desk lady is absolutely the sweetest with great service.
Room was spotless, comfy bed, all outlets worked including USB ports. Internet was also fast.

Enjoyed my stay! Staff really done an excellent job with cleanliness. They also exhibited great customer service. The breakfast was delicious and hot. Made my work week easy for me! Also you have various restaurants and Walmart in walking distance

Not updated yet, so the room has an older look to it. Everything is very clean tho. Bathroom is nice and clean. Bed is comfortable. The breakfast is included and pretty decent. There are cookies at the front desk throughout the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Located right next to and I'm walking distance of several good dining opportunities.

I stay at a lot of Holiday Inns and this one is just the same as all the others. Rooms are always really clean, moderately priced too. I originally put a 4star review due to the front desk staff however, I've since changed my mind. I stayed in this hotel probably 8-10 times in the past month and a half, and now the woman working nights knows me before I even check in. She starts getting my reservation ready before I set foot in the lobby. I haven't seen that sort of service anywhere before. Keep up the good work!

My room was so clean, it looked like no one had ever slept in the room. Fresh clean smelling rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you to everyone that worked so hard to give me an amazing stay.

Holiday Inn Express was a beautiful place to stay. The room we had was well furnished with coat closet, a couch, and 2 queen beds. We had all amenities provided . Being a coffee lover, I was really impressed with a Keurig coffee maker in the room! The breakfast that was served in the morning was the best I have ever seen! It catered to all tastes. Overal cleanliness was outstanding. Customer service was top notch. I will stay there again in the future.

Amazing, will definitely be back! The rooms were clean and all the staff was extremely accommodating. When walking into the hotel the smell was absolutely amazing. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection.

The bed was really comfy and the room was clean! Plus the staff helped me out so much and they were just awesome!

Just renovated, I had a great 2 wk stay. Headed back next month I will stay again.

We stayed in a double queen bed room for $108 + taxes for one night. The room was clean. There was an in-room coffee maker, a small bar fridge and a microwave. This had a really great breakfast selection, with real omelets! Sadly, no waffles, but they did have Danishes and that was excellent. There was an instant pancake maker that I didn't test out, sadly. There was a whole fridge full of yoghurt to choose from as well.

The wifi was decent with no limits on how many people could log in, and relatively fast. The shower was warm, and had really tasty smelling citrus soaps that I took with me. The pool looked nice and clean, but we didn't test it. There was no spa though.

If not for the price being more expensive than the Wingate, then I would absolutely stay in another Holiday Inn Express. It was far superior to WoodSprings and Ramada.

Room was a great price and very clean. We booked for after a wedding reception and it was perfect. Breakfast in the morning was also delicious.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had enough choices for my sometimes picky kids. The pool was decent. The fitness center was a little small but had a treadmill, bike, and elliptical.

Stayed for the weekend in a King room, it was very clean and had an adequate continental breakfast. Noise wasn't bad, though we were a little close to the ice machine which makes a little.

Virginia was outstanding, I needed to order dinner for delivery, but was unfamiliar with the area. Virginia stepped up and gave me an outstanding and affordable option. The entire staff from check in to check out was outstanding, but Virginia really went above and beyond
