I highly recommend Browns! Today Anthony gave exceptional customer service. I came In very indecisive about 3 different shoes and he helped me to find just the right ones for my feet and long 12 hr shifts. Not only did I get sold on one shoe but two! I never spend a lot of money on shoes but I was sold. I love the helpfulness that doesn’t come across and pushy. Purchased a pair of ON shoes and had problems with them very quickly. Brown's made it right by offering a alternative shoe in exchange. Great customer service, I will definitely be back to purchase more HOKA or Brooks shoes. Stay away from ON as they do not stand behind their shoes.

Browns Shoes has been a Clinton staple for decades! Taylor makes it an especially fun place to shop. They have everything.

Went right in, was greeted immediately. Showed the gentleman the issue I was having and that I was interested in getting a pair of Birkenstocks. He helped me pick out the shoe I wanted and I was out the door in less than ten minutes. He was also very informative and new what he was talking about. I highly reccomend shopping at Browns. You'll spend some money but it's worth it for the quality.

Haven't been in Brown's in years. However I found the sales people not only knowledgeable and professional but friendly and very helpful. I will be back. Hopefully thus next time will be sooner! Thanks for a great pair of shoes that actually fit!

My husband always buys his boots for work here & the staff are always helpful. We had an issue with one of his work boots & they took care of it immediately, no questions asked. We really appreciated that!!
