McElroy's Food Market and Catering

McElroy’s catered our daughter’s Wedding. The food was fabulous!! We had so many compliments on the food for weeks. The guests enjoyed coming through the food line and having the Pork cut off the loin. It was juicy and full of flavor. The sides were just as delicious and prepared perfectly. Thank you McElroy’s!!!

The food here is excellent! Made fresh to order and quick. I'm on a low carb diet and the cook had no problem adjusting my order. Which was much appreciated. Friendly staff. Well worth the drive. I couldn't find the deli menu ( or take out ) on line, only a menu for catering... but a good selection to choose from. Definitely worth a return visit!

Food from McElroys for our wedding was great! Great value for the price and they were so accommodating. I was in constant contact with them and they were always there to answer any and all questions. We were even able to rent a refrigerated trailer and purchase beer, water and soda from them with the ability to return any unopened cases.

we used these guys for our wedding and they were fantastic! the tasting, payment, set up and tare down the day of all went off with out a hitch! plus people RAVED about the food! there was a line waiting for left overs!

John at McElroy's was extremely helpful when I called two days ahead of a wake, requesting that a spread be sent to a funeral home in Independence for my friend's family. I live in IL and had no way to work directly with John in Iowa, but he made the process extremely easy and the family was extremely grateful for the wonderful items that John helped provide. Thank you, John.

They have catered 2 weddings for us and I would recommend them, the food was great and the staff was professional and very nice to all our visitors.
1 wedding 600 people the other was about 300.

Great for quick dinner takeout, excellent fried chicken and of course their meat counter is famous. Been going here 40 years, never disappoints!

It's a nice grocery store in Winthrop. Their meat and potatoes were like Mom's home cooking.

Their smoked turkey's are absolutely the greatest thing ever!!!!!!! Get 2 of them every year and never disappointed. Check them out!!!!!!!!
