We stood in line for 10 minutes cashier was friendly, but kitchen staff was awful. Got wrong breakfast sandwich. Atmosphere was cold.

Generally everyone is really nice! Don't ever really go inside, always order from the drive through. The gals are always pretty helpful & attentive.

When you have to go, you have to go! I always feel guilty using the facilities, so I purchased a Happy Meal. It was actually good. Will go again. To eat!!!! And probably use the facilities too.

One of the best. Store manager went above and beyond to make my boys very happy when our order was messed up. She was very nice. We will definitely be going back to this McDonald's.

The lady there are great. They always have a smile for me. I visit twice a day once for supper the second for my large drink and play my dragonvale. They are always glad to see me, and I'm glad to see them. Thank you for your great smiles and service.

Independence, IA McDonald's has a nice guy cleaning and sanitizing tables today (June 25th) at 11:30 AM.... Doing an Excellent job on each and every table. Plus, he's friendly. All the helpers were wonderful. McDonald's, thanks for hiring great people and coming to Independence, IA!
