I needed an upgrade and went into the Waukon store. I usually go to the one in Decorah, but didn’t want to drive over there that day. I thought the customer service at the Waukon store was excellent. Debra, the salesperson who helped me, was very nice and very knowledgeable. She got me a great deal with the promotion they were running. I’ve had my new phone a couple months now and I love it. She even reached out to me, a couple months later, to see if I had any questions. That’s great customer service, all the way!

Literally horrible. The old owner and employees were so much better. Don’t recommend at all. Go to Decorah!

The employees honestly do not care about their costumers. The old uscellularwas more customer friendly and wayyy better at they’re job… terrible place
