I was taken in in ample time. Tracy was wonderful, Dr Carsten did what we needed to do. She explains what will be done and why we should do this.
The appointments were set up. So I know when I need to be there to take care of the next cleaning. They are very efficient and I like going there.

I’m sad to see that Dr. Carstens is retiring but happy for her that she is. I’ve seen her since she started at Waukon Dental years ago. She is truly that “painless dentist” that is so hard to find. Thank you Linda, and have an exciting and relaxing retirement.

Dr Carstens makes for a very relaxed atmosphere and does a superb job of explaining each process. All of the staff is expertly trained for their occupation, making for a smooth transition during your visit. As with many people, a visit to the dentist comes with a level of apprehension, but Dr Carstens and Waukon Dental have a way of making you feel at ease. Thank you!!

This was my first time at the clinic. I was very impressed with how up to date the clinic is with the latest technology.
The care was top notch from when I arrived a the front desk to meeting Tracy the dental hygienist who explained everything as to the dental care I would be receiving. The dentist was very thorough and answered all my questions. I definitely would recommend Waukon dental clinic.
