Decent selection of many crafting genres. Prices tend to be a little high, but generally most items are on ‘sale’ and you can always find their coupons on their website.

Only complains I have from todays visit: their was only one cashier available. Also, we bought several glass/breakable items. The cashier didn’t have any paper to wrap them in. Instead she used a dozen of more plastic bags to wrap them up. While I appreciate the effort she went to to prevent breakage, the waste of bags as disheartening.

Its a great craft store but offers so much more. They are all ready-made seasonal decorations are beautiful and the store offers many items a person may need for their own art projects.

I knew what I was going in to pick up, and a few things I wasn't planning on getting. There were about five employees who while busy moving things around stillade time to say good morning to me. Cashier was really nice & helpful! I'm not in this store often but when I am, I've never had a bad experience!!

💜💜💜 Michael's! The staff are young but they're quite helpful, not disengaged. They never give attitude. I'm chronically late and they never tell me they're closed when I show up at 8:50pm for "just one thing" 😁

Absolutely love Michaels, they have everything I need for my artist needs from canvas', paint markers, gold foil to wax and washi tape. Always an adventure when I go in! (Everything to create this artwork was purchased at micheals)

Store was well-organized and very clean, with a very up-to-date selection of decorations and crafts. It was a delight to walk down the aisles and see so many fun and interesting potential projects. Staff members were also very pleasant and helpful.

The service I received was incredibly outstanding! In the times that we are living in now where everybody just tells you it's over there or "whatever" when you go in the store these people go away above and beyond anything I ever expected. I'm not very well versed in color coordinating things and this was a very important picture I was having matted and framed and she acted like it was her picture she was having done to make sure it was just right. Then she told me about this one frame that was much less and it would take an expert to figure out the difference so that alone save me like 25 or $30. And if you're asking yourself if I would go back, absolutely.

Everywhere else I stopped only had button snaps in huge bulk quantities for $40-50, Michael's had a perfect size and color I need for $6. Very helpful staff as well.

I can almost always count on Michaels to have what I need. I'm decorating a frame in a winter theme and they had at least six snowflake choices. I also got some pretty Swarovski crystals that were buy one, get one half off. The stickers were buy two get one free. I'd much rather support Michaels. Hobby Lobby moved in not too far from them and I think it has hurt their business. I've long been a fan of Michaels.

Had just what I needed, and great prices too.

The place was a little messy however they are transitioning between holiday merchandise. There was a great selection of paper crafts and decorations. Really good deals and the cashier was very sweet!

Great place to go for art supplies!

Went to take advantage of a sale on last minute Halloween decor. Not much left which I expected but got some great items to finish out my scene for 50% off so I was happy. Also had previously joined their reward program which helped me save even more.

The employees were very helpful in helping me find the right shadow box for a canvas I had made for my mother in-law passing, they didn't want me to get the wrong size so they opened 1 to make sure of the size. I loved the price also. They have discounts for their grand opening Amazing

Because you're making sure you KEEP MOST EVERYTHING MOST ARTIST & CRAFT WORKERS (and Teachers,) ON STOCK... you're beginning to "squeeze" many other craft & Art stores OUT OF THE BUSINESS. (At least, here in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area.)

We can seem to always find anything we need at Michael's for a fair price and love their sales/coupons. Store always organized, & clean. Staff is always helpful and kind. Love the order online and pick up at store as well!!

I always spend too much money here. But it's always on paint brushes. They have the best brush selection by far. I don't even bother buying sets online anymore, when I can get them in town for a better quality. Their paint can be a bit pricey, especially if you buy a lot at once to build a stock of your own, but know it is quality, no matter what level of artist you are.

Signage is fantastic. Makes it very easy to find things. Workers and cashiers were very friendly and helpful..
