These friendly folks offered help over the phone instead of charging me for an unnecessary visit! And told me where to find what my pet needed. (But we couldn’t find the remedy at Walmart so we ended up buying from them anyway- which we were glad to do!)

Very kind staff. I had taken our Corgi into get her toenails trimmed..or as Julie, the Vet/Tech says her "Pedicure!" We go back a long way as when Dr. Mark and his wife said..."Oh, we didn't know Betty and Bella were here!! They sure could have helped us work on that injured horse!! She knows better than anyone in the County how to fix an injured horse!" Makes me feel good!

Mary, Mark, and Julie are truly the best! I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else. They always see to it that appointments are available whenever it works best for me and always within a very reasonable time frame. They're also great on the phone with any questions or concerns you may have about your pet.

Excellent all around customer service and outstanding veterinary care by a seasoned professional large and small vet in Northeast Iowa. In addition to great large and small animal care/products is boarding services for animals. In my opinion there is no better boarding service in the area. Heated/cooled kennel runs, animals are let out of kennel at least twice a day and there is a vet on site if any issues come up. Very clean facility that has plenty of green space around it for animals to enjoy. My dog actually pulls me into the facility! You will not be disappointed here.

Excellent caring doctor and staff. We are blessed to have them taking care of our farm and domestic animals. We have had multiple farm cats neutered and spayed Mr. Doc who are still with us years later. Dr. Brodahl treats each animal like they are special.

We had to make the decision to put our dog to sleep. All staff was very compassionate. The ABSOLUTE BEST! Caring and compassionate!Thanks for being SO caring!
