I recently purchased a new iPhone. Logan was so helpful and friendly. He took all the time I need to understand and operate my phone. It’s great to have such personable people to help you out.

Logan deserves a raise! 😉😁 Hold on to that guy…he knows his stuff! He answered all my questions and was very courteous and polite while doing so. He got my new iPhone 15 pro max and my new Apple Watch set up and got all my data transferred in record time. He even took the time to go over everything and made sure I had a clear understanding of all the new features. I’ll always be a repeat customer with service like that! Thank you so much!

When switching our service from previous provider and working with Garrett he was amazing! Garrett took the time and explained everything to us in detail and made sure we got the most value on a plan for us, also making sure we got the phones we wanted and went above and beyond and made sure all phones had everything transferred onto them and working correctly before we left the store and answered all questions we had on new phones and service. Since changing our service to Verizon could not be happier with the service we are receiving compared to our previous carrier at how much faster and how much better service coverage has been! Logan also was amazing with helping us when returning for screen protectors! Thanks again for all of your work and helping us!

I cannot even begin to say how amazing my experience was with Garret at Verizon tonight! Never have I had someone go above and beyond like he did! I walked into the store with a phone that not everything has been transferred over to my new phone. At first we thought that it was not even going to be able to be possible but Garrett took the time a lot of time 2 1/2 hours to be exact Even stayed after his shift and a made sure that before I left the store, my new phone had everything switched over and was ready and up and running. Anyone else in this situation as a customer service rep, such as Garrett probably would’ve wanted to of gone home and would have appeased me with anything just so that they could’ve left. But not Garrett!! He stayed and made sure like I said that my phone was 100% Ready and working! Words cannot even explain how appreciative I was I’m not only his customer service skills and his communication and just his overall personality the whole time that I was there in the store. Thank you Garrett thank you so much for all your time and all your help and getting my phone up and running I appreciate you more than you will ever ever even know!! Needless to say, I made a friend tonight!!! 😊

Stacy was also great helping us get things figured out because it was a business account so it was a bit more difficult. And while they were dealing with my problems Logan did a phenomenal job of assisting the other customers who came in he was very helpful. They were all very professional. this situation that would irritate most people they made a great experience. 10/10
