This place is sooo cute and quaint! BEST cupcakes I’ve ever had in my whole life! (Bonus points for being GF and Vegan)
The service is amazing, everyone is so kind and helpful! Food comes out fast. They will also totally recognize you if you are a returning patron and thank you for coming back 😭🥰 how sweet. Everyone is always smiling too.
Their heat up pre-prepared meals (specially the lasagna OMFG) to die for, sooo good. Breakfast foods, breakfast platter and tofu scramble also delicious and the pizza is yummy too!
Definitely going back and brining my partner and/or a friend. It’s worth a trip even to pick up cupcakes 🧁 for someone’s birthday or special occasion :)

This was an unplanned stop for lunch from Massachusetts to Guilford CT. I googled places for lunch and after reviewing all the menus I saw a lot of fried. Shana's offers whole, clean food in a friendly space. We had the Buddha bowl and the Mexican bowl which were both delicious! We were entertained by Kay which was an unexpected surprise. Stop by for sure!

Everything is vegan and gluten-free. Some are nut and soy free.

Had the roasted veggie pizza with two different cheeses. My wife had the Mexican bowl. Both loaded with flavor and lots of fresh veggies and fruits. Every bite was a little taste of heaven and very filling.

Got baked goods. I'll try later.

Staff is very friendly and enthusiastic.

Live music Saturday afternoons.

Lots of local artists selling their creations in the store. Bought a gorgeous butterfly bracelet. Great prices!

What a wonderful gem. I saw that they had vegan options and so I drove down from New London to give it a try. Turns out all their food is vegan, which is awesome. It is so hard to find vegan restaurants in this area.

The food was delicious and filling. I got the cauliflower buffalo wrap, my son got the kids quesadilla, and the chef even brought out a small salad for tiger (the stuffed animal) 😍

Service was prompt and friendly. We also got a few bakery items - Oreo cupcake (it’s vegan Selling Sunset says so) and some of their homemade “cheese”.

It’s only 25 minutes from home so we will be back. A lot more items on the menu I want to try.

I love this place!!!! I hope it continues to have success forever and ever — it's not often that I find a place where I can freely eat gluten free & dairy free foods... Delicious ones at that! Yay! The brownies and banana cream cupcakes are phenomenal!!!

Awesome food. Everything is 100% gluten free and vegan. We get Shayna B's at the Willimantic food coop but it's even more of a treat to go in person! So many options for dining in as well as delicious sweeties to take home. Yum!

So delicious!! I can't believe I had never been here before, definitely a hidden gem. It's a pretty quick trip from New Haven. Highly recommend!!

So glad that the Google search for “healthy food” found this small but mighty establishment.

Heeding the advice of others who came before, I ordered the Spinach Pesto Pizza, Vegan “Lobsta” Roll, Raspberry Orange Scone, Mixed Berry Oat Bar, and went for the Raspberry Lavender Pop-Tart.

All were phenomenal. The non-baked goods had the perfect amount of salt while the baked goods had the perfect amount of sugar (both of which are over-powering in many establishments).

I especially loved the chewy texture and zingy punch of the Raspberry Orange Scone and the unique lavender frosting of the pop-tart (which I forgot to photograph before savagely chowing down upon).

I’m sure if you did a blind food taste test the majority of the participants wouldn’t be able to tell that they were eating vegan/gluten-free/egg-free/energizing foods. Definitely check this place out for delicious, heart-warming, and empowering food (food sensitive or not)!

Everything is sooo delicious! When visiting from Long Island, I always stock up on bagels and pizza dough. These are some of the best GF bagels I’ve ever had! The staff is always super friendly and the vibes are amazing!!

I love the food here. It isn't fast food because it is made with significant care and consideration. So I expect to wait a little, but TRUST me....the waiting pays off. The Nourish Bowl is my favorite, and I always grab a peanut butter cookie. 5 🌟 stars and a thumbs up.

Absolutely phenomenal place to eat! The food is so fresh, healthy, and most of all VEGAN! Every time I eat here I feel so rejuvenated and ready to go. The staff is absolutely amazing. If I could, I would eat here every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Need more genuine vegan spots like this! Thank you for the hospitality, the food, and kindness.

The Belgian Waffle special was fantastic. If you're gluten free you really should try this place (everything is gluten free). I look forward to coming back to try their pizza with crust they make.

Had a wonderful lunch--great food and service, on our first time visit here. Christine was very gracious and generous when there was a slight and totally excusable mix up with our order. An excellent place for some seriously yummy food.

This place is the real deal! A delicious haven for vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free options for breakfast, lunch, coffee, snacks, pastries — anything you want! A true gem on the Connecticut coast — we’ll definitely be coming back soon.

Amazing food and desserts. I have an allergy to dairy so it feels great being able to order anything on the menu knowing I can safely eat it. Mac and cheese and Hawaiian pizza are fabulous. All cupcakes are amazing especially cookie dough! Vegan cheddar bagel toasted with cream cheese is the best breakfast. Plus the staff is so nice, knowledgeable, and warm. Cant speak highly enough about them

Great place. As usual, the owner is hard at work in the kitchen. But she's never too busy to come out and chat with the customers. They've expanded the menu, which is so nice. The only thing is I wish it was a little Cozier. Maybe that'll come with time

The vegan burrito bowl with tofu that’s sold at the Willimantic Co-op is fantastic. I’m glad prepackaged items from Shayna’s are available when I need to grab a quick meal.
