KFC

I stopped in tonight in 1/24 I had placed an order on the app and had ordered a pot pie due to my short lunch I didn't have time to wait the additional 13 minutes I was quoted in the drive threw. The young girl at the window was very polite and had asked me if I wanted a bowl instead I asked for something else and she got her manger who was also a younger female she was amazing and gave excellent customer service. Please give your staff some recognition for a great job. It's good to see that or local kfc has improved greatly.

Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Fast service. Excellent food. Store is always clean.

Great people and very helpful ones in particular cheyanne the manager and the assistant manager leah they definitely got a great team here

This was probably the best chicken I have had at a KFC ever!. The staff was polite on point and professional. The restaurant was very clean. I will definitely definitely be back

The best KFC I’ve been to in years. We got a four piece meal (original recipe) and everything was perfect. So happy we made a pit stop here.

The wait time here is so much better than it used to be. Staff is friendly. Food is hot & delicious. Could use napkins next time as the spicy chicken sandwich was a little messy but hot & delicious.

THEY HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT I have been there 6 times since the new Rgm had talken over what a difference she has made Im also a food service manager in Mansfield and can honestly say the store is much cleaner and the foods hotter. Keep up the great work and your sales will show it. Ps thanks for staying open later now I can get dinner Fridays on my way home 😊

It's better then the last time i was here maybe someone is stepping up their KFC game if you guys want to fix something stop puling the cars around and don't make us wait you should have the chicken made managers step up. But anyway the chicken and famous bowl was the best !!!!!!!!

The service was awesome! We had our food even before we had our receipt. The mashed potatoes and gravy were hot and the coleslaw was very fresh.

Everything was excellent. The place is under new ownership and management. I will go again when I'm in the area again
