AMAZING place with just about everything! Seriously, everything! Owners and employees are wonderful and extremely accommodating. Great food made fresh right in front of you.
They also have an antique shop, apartment and hostel all right next to here.
The next time we'll be thru here is on a Sunday and sadly they're closed but I respect that decision and we will make another special trip with the whole family this summer.
If you're on the GAP this is a MUST little detour to stop and experience!!!

Short ride up from the GAP trail. Good food, cool antique shopping. Plenty of bike parking and a deck to eat outside.

Probably the only place in Rockwood where you can get decent food. They have a lovely patio that comes handy during a pandemic.

one of the best eatery stops off the bike trail. quick bike ride from the trail, lots of parking for shuttles or vehicles with trailers too! hot food menu, fresh salads, and local ice cream! huge mill shoppe in back too if want to buy locally made or farmed products.

Located in an old Opera House this place is great. The old oak comes to life as you eat home made treats. The front store has a home made dinners if pizza is not your thing. Eat your breakfast as you check out the old Direct Current use meter or the old telephone. If you are ridding the trail, you have to stop at this place. Prices are really good also.

I stop here every year, off the GAP trail.
Just a few easy blocks from trail. Maybe 2 minute ride.
There's breakfast , lunch and dinner. Exception is Sunday they open at noon.
Snacks too.

In an area with very few retail opportunities, it was great to find this. Very nice combinationof antiques, locally hand made crafts and edible products, and a little cafe. Also appreciated the clean restrooms!

If you like old and vintage toys, kitchen utensils, jewelry and furniture. They have that. You like clothes (jacket, shirts and belts), spaghetti, wine, Burt's Bees (lip balm, lotion, and other body directed items) than Rockwood's Mill Shoppe is the place for you! They have train earesers and train keychains. But that's not all, they have pizza, breakfast, walking tacos, and other deliciousness. This place also sells sweets as in pies, bannanut bread, zucchini bread, cookies, ice cream, milkshakes, and other things of that flavour. The milkshakes and ice cream come in lots of different flavors which are chocolate, vanilla, blueberry cheesecake, white house (cherry with cherry chunks), Chubby Elvis (Bannana and peanut butter), Rockwood (Maple ice cream with pretzels, and nuts), birthday cake, cookie dough ,and orange and cream. My favorites are White house and Blueberry Cheese cake. The employees are kind and sweet. This place deserves a 10/10.

A welcomed, comfortable, and easy to access place to rest off the Great Allegheny Bike trail. A nice place to get a bite to eat with a cute shop attached.

Arguably one of the best pizzas we've had in a while. Nice pitstop for those on the GAP. Hostel set up is nice too

It's a large and lovely facility. The shops and restaurant on the first floor are charming. The banquet and catering facility in the second floor are first rate. I would certainly recommend the Opera House for any function.

Super cool people and very helpful. They were instrumental in helping get my friend a shuttle to Cumberland Gap after hurting her knee. Good people.

Place has a variety of things. Food was great and the building is full of history. Great place to stop for a sandwich, stromboli, pizza or salad.

The Stromboli was fabulous, it was the size of a dinner plate, the bread was glazed in egg, with garlic, salt and other spices, worth the trip for this item

Loved the little shoppes that make up the retail portion. The ice cream and restaurant portion were delicious. Worth the stop.
