I had a great experience at this store switching to Verizon network and purchasing a new phone. I was helped by Christian who was extremely attentive, helpful, and informative. I also had the pleasure of working briefly with several other employees, and everyone was very friendly, approachable, and helpful.

Went in spoke with John. Fixed my problem in 2 minutes by helping call the correct number. Highly recommend this location

Great experience at this Verizon store. I worked with Alexis and she was fantastic! Made each step of upgrading my phone quick and easy and provided me with all the information I asked for.

Johnjay was so helpful. He was kind and explained everything, answered all my questions. Best of all he knew how to go along with my sense of humor :) it’s nice to see such a young worker treat people in a respectful way.

The young lady who helped my mother with upgrading phone and ipad was excellent. Professional and responsive. She took care of my mother great. Explained everything well patient and thorough.

Jonathan was very professional, helpful, extremely patient and provided all the assistance I needed for both transactions I was making. He also met the needs of other customers while on hold, making the business run smoothly. While I was waiting I noted that the female sale person was considerate and professional with other customers as well. I am not sure why the reviews indicate bad service. We have always gone to this verizon store and have found it to be busy, but we have been helped in a timely manner with true professionals.

Had an issue with my company phone not accepting SMS messages, went to this store and was very rapidly seen by the manager who did everything in her power to try to fix my phone, after numerous attempts and at least a couple of hours we determined it was the software on the phone. At first we thought it was the SIM card so we changed it but that wasn't the problem. I want to give the manager 10 stars but google won't allow it, please if you considering getting a phone or have a question head over to this particular store, they will try everything to make you leave a happy customer. Thank you!!!!!

Thank you to everyone who saved the day for me today when my phone had issues. I know NOTHING when it comes to technical issues. A big shout out to Mike who patiently did everything he could to fix my phone. In the end, I upgraded to another phone, (loving it so far) and Mike took the time to make sure everything worked and I felt 100% secure in how you use it! I really appreciate everything you did for me today! (STAFF WAS VERY NICE ALSO)!

I had my first experience today with this Verizon Store. Jennifer took excellent care of me. Thought my phone needed a sim. Turned out the phone itself was bad. She got me a new phone, did all the setup and data transfers with ease. Very nice to deal with. The manager, Nicole, was also great to deal with. Both ladies had personality! I will definitely go back to see them if the need should arrise.

Finally!!! someone who speaks Spanish and amazing experience with Carlos. He provided me with great service and took the time to transfer information from one phone to another. I was actually just going in to transfer my information and he convinced me in getting a new Apple Watch with a great deal. Thank you sooooo much Carlos!!!!

Ashley was very helpful with my phone troubles. She explained the options available to solve the issue I was having. After I chose a new sd card Ashley then transferred my files for me which was extremely helpful since im not very tech savvy. Ashley and the rest of the staff were very kind and professional with myself and all other customers that were in the store. I would definitely visit this store again in the future. Thank you!

Worked with Samantha on 06/20/2019 to resolve an issue with my service, while on the phone with Verizon technical support. While support tried all options and essentially gave up, Samantha (as well as the entire team) pressed on. After close to an hour, she was able to get my service and my ported number back online. I've rarely witnessed such excellent service delivered with smile and patience (I was at my wit's end by that time). Samantha and her team are the only reason I've decided to stick with Verizon, and I'm so very grateful for their time and efforts. Another proof that it's not the company, but the people that make the real difference.

I scheduled an appointment. Arrived, greeted and had a 12+ minute wait. While wiring I selected a new phone.
Phone had to be ordered, not in stock.

The sales associates were knowledgeable and had good personality. The products are the same from store to store. But good personality and knowledge make the sale. I would recommend anyone looking for a new device to check out this store.

I lost my phone and "find my phone" turned it off and had it remotely emptied of all information . I located it 2 days later and stopped by this store to see what they could do. Matt took care of everything and loaded it with all my pix and contacts that were backed up. He was excellent.
