The ladies working were very nice, quick and understanding of what we needed. They were able to help my mom save a very special voice clip from a deceased loved one as well as show compassion and comfort to her as they did their jobs.

The staff is very friendly. The shop is set up nicely and kept clean. It is a small shop so there are not a lot of accessory options, but if they don't have what you want they will order it online for you.
