Marco solved a problem very efficiently in my account that has been going on for much to long. His efforts were effective almost immediately and the customer service outstanding. Thank you.

I can not express enough just how amazing this Verizon store is! I had an emergency issue right before I left town and needed a new phone ASAP. All the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know the solution to a problem, they will ask management and customer service to help them through the problem. Axel helped me by thinking outside the box and got my major issue fixed and was absolutely amazing! He literally saved my small business by thinking outside the box to get me back into my TikTok account on my new phone when all other avenues were exhausted. Jose and Paige also helped me with a separate issue getting my device set up and all my information transferred. It did take all day but they were patient and kind. Taylor, the manager, runs a fantastic team and he is a great leader. Best customer service I have ever experienced from Verizon. They continued to earn my business and trust in Verizon. Thank you so much to this amazing team!!!

Very informative, great service , got me alot of extras

This experience turned my poor situation of an unexpected broken phone; into a GREAT customer experience and left me leaving satisfied with a new phone, no hassle! As someone who just had to pop in from out of town, this location in Crescent City was helpful, efficient, and the gentleman helping me even shared a ton of helpful information of how I may be able to navigate retrieving some of my lost data that hadn’t been backed up.

We've been customers for over 5 years. The staff bent over backwards to get the best new phones, plans and price. They're local and really want to help.

A really safe and secure office. They take great care during the pandemic. They also explain fully the different products that we were interested in and ordered for us. When they arrived they set everything up and went over the directions they also when over and beyond helping transferring data for us on an iPad. I would recommend this office and agents to everyone

I had a ton of questions and talked with Kaitlyn. She was super helpful! She answered all my questions, helped break down costs, and what plans I could use, and just made the whole process so simple. She’s a total sweetheart and I can’t recommend her enough!

I'm originally from the Midwest, but I was on vacation on the west coast. I damaged my phone (which was due for an upgrade anyways) and the customer service here was outstanding! Kait was the best of the best. She helped me pick out a device that would best fit my needs, comfort, and some fun features on the side. She also helped me by not going over crazy with a device I may not even need. Too many bells and whistles. The more features, the larger the price tag. She might have saved me money, but still made the location a sell. Whenever I am in the area again, with or without phone issues, I will poke my head in and say hello to the friendly faces. Especially Kait.

Verizon store, got what we needed. Alex was patient and very helpful. Making my girls and I feel like we were the most important customers. Alex was polite and so knowledgeable of the products and service.

Jacob took care of me from start to finish and handled my phone upgrade with ease. I was expecting to be there an hour and was in and out in half the time. Great experience and team efforts!

I love this store! Everyone there is super friendly and willing to help you saw whatever issue you're having with your phone. They're all very knowledgeable and even if you don't have a plan with them and do monthly cards from Walmart or wherever they still are willing to help you with your phone.

The Verizon in Crescent City is absolutely the BEST. THANK YOU WILL & LIZ. Outstanding help above and beyond. I have an older Note phone, today it froze up and when I tried to reboot it it “wiped” itself all my data was wiped clean on my phone I had nothing: no contacts, no service, no nothing. Tried to call Verizon from my husband’s phone their call center is not of help at all. They said longer than normal waits because of COVI-19. Seriously you can’t have help working remotely ? The chat person was clueless. Will and Liz got my phone to start restoring, so kind and so knowledgeable. I am so grateful.

The service and help I received from the local store was great and I would definitely go back. They answered all my questions and got my phone up and running very quickly...

Robert was very courteous and knowledgeable about the products at Verizon. He helped me apply the product I bought and was very efficient. I highly recommend him as a Customer service provider.

the gentleman that helped me was the only thing that was good. it took me 4 tries to buy my new phone. the store is always under staffed. i give an A+ to the gentleman who helped me , F+ to the higher ups who are trying to make an extra buck
