Very knowledgeable & patient with our needs & we hopped back & fourth between brands & types. We also had our kids with us so that can be tricky too. Thank you Justin & didn't remember the other gentleman's name but he was very nice and greeted us right away we asked for Justin since he was the one who helped me over the phone. Very excited to be getting our new mattress

I purchased the Charlotte Mattress from Mattress Firm in mid-May, 2023. Three weeks later an area of the mattress’s coils had collapsed, leaving very uncomfortable evidence of their previous existence. Several photos and a trip to Mattress Firm later, and the wonderful gentlemen at my local Porterville store (Mick and Justin), not only replaced my mattress but upgraded me to a better quality and more expensive mattress at no added charge. First time purchasing a mattress and was greeted with great customer service from Patricia. I told Patricia I wanted a mattress from the outlet for a good deal. Patricia kept up with looking at the outlet inventory to find me a good deal and 2 months later she contacted me back after I had thought she forgot. She definitely did not forget and I walked out the door with a new mattress and sleep accessories for a great price. Couldn’t have been happier!
