For my first time, I had the best experience here. I stopped by early last month(I am blessed and cursed with being forgetful) and I am so appreciative of Leah. I came with my cousin, who’s been in college and wanted to learn how to do her makeup so we were here for a long time trying to get the right color, something she’d actually wear and just the basics because this s*** is expensive. No one really checked in on us on the floor which is fine because we were content looking ourselves. Now at the register Leah is who ended up helping us and this exchange is why I say SHE DESERVES A RAISE. Very friendly, the coolest red eyeliner look, helpful, knowledgeable, patient (since there was some payment complications like me forgetting my wallet😅) and just above and beyond.

Great selection of makeup brands from accessibly priced to higher end. Was asked by several employees if I needed help and was guided to the right shade of foundation for my complexion and skin tone. Enjoyed chatting about makeup with the girl at the register, who clearly loves makeup as much as I do.

Critika was absolutely amazing! She took the time to ensure all of my products were a match for my skin tone and taught me how to apply them. I couldn’t be happier with everything I bought. If you’re new to make up I highly recommend seeing Kritika.

It was my first time in this location on a Tuesday night due to a need of shampoo. I’m going to be honest I don’t usually shop in ulta but I think I should. The workers from beauty specialties to cashiers were very nice and welcoming. (As against recent experience I had in competitor’s store) I felt that they need to hear this “Thank you so much for kindness and being helpful. I’d love to visit/shop there again.

The folks here are always the best of the best. Knowledgeable, receptive, incredible customer service skills.. plus the place is always kept clean, well stocked & nicely displayed. I got color matched in seconds earlier today by the kind blonde over at Clinique 😄 (sorry I didn't catch a name!) Something I've put off for far too long, done quickly & easily. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an employee. She asked if I needed help, and I did. I told her the brand and the color of the jar. She knew exactly where it was, so I followed her to it. She asked what size, got it off the shelf, and handed it to me. There was no line at checkout, so it was a very fast visit. Thank you!

Love everything about this store. They even have beauty salons in the back section of Ulta stores and service is cheaper than regular salons. Staff is nice. Store is clean with great selection of beauty products. The best thing I love is the clean fragrance smell of the store it transforms you to a different place in your mind right when you set foot in the store.

Currently (during pandemic) the store is clean and follows all guidelines to help keep employees and customers safe. The staff is beyond friendly and extremely helpful. In fact the gal that works the Clinque area was so knowledgeable and such a joy we spoke for over 15mins. Although I do believe to keep the employees completely safe everyone should be online shopping and the staff should be safe at home, but since that is not the case I do wish them all the best in keeping themselves safe. P.s. if you ever have ANY questions you can ask anyone and they will spend ample time with you navigating the store or understanding products, from any brand. Love, love, love this place and staff!

BRO the staff are so nice and helpful!! I would actually be so lost without them! I always end up wanting to buy stuff in-store instead of online because of their good advice (and for an excuse to look at all the pretty pallets in person lol) 👊😩

So I had an order that got held up or lost through OnTrac, I contacted OnTrac and Ulta on several different days when I realized something was wrong with the shipping. It just got delayed every day for over a week. Online searches yielded no reasons as to why it was just stuck. On OnTracs website you can look and see if there is any service alerts. There was none. It stayed in Hayward Ca and had no movement on my tracking at all.
After 8 days Ulta re-shipped my order. I got it intact and in two days. So thank you Ulta for getting me my purchase!

Good atmosphere, I go there to get mens haircut and always leave satisfied. The cashiers are nice. Enjoy the music, I would recommend Andrea for hairdresser. She knows what she's always talking about and she enjoys helping customers out and recommending the best product. Be sure to get Andrea for any type of hair styling!

The people are nice and helpful. There's a lot of choices to consider. I do wish they carried Hempz shampoo and conditioner and Clarins products in their store, not just online.

The staff is always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable at this store. I love shopping here. I've never had a bad experience at any other Ulta store as well.

Ladies: save your Ulta Rewards points!! Once you get to 2000 points they give you $125 to spend in the store for FREE! When they offer you to use your points for minor savings just say NO! Save your points so you reach 2000. I took my friend on a shopping spree thanks to my 2000 points!
I love the Vacaville store compared to the Solano Mall store, Vacaville is always stocked well and the employees are very helpful. Solano Mall employees are just as helpful and friendly but the store is smaller and since it's in the mall it's low on stock sometimes and the samples are ruined at Solano Mall everytime. Remember ladies: save your points!

Ulta Beauty has some amazing products at great prices. I especially like being able to purchase my Murad skin care and Caviar hair care in the same place.

I would like to Thank Andrea Pierce again! For repairing a horrible Haircut that I received on May the 15th. The next time I need a Haircut, I will ask for Andrea. She knows how to give a decent Haircut. Thank You, Carolyn Tamayo.
