Hampton Inn Morgan Hill

Everything was great, from the towel animal, to the beds being so comfy and clean, breakfast was great. I loved all the breakfast options. I don't drink lactose milk so having almond milk and tea available was great. The front desk staff were very nice. The room was super clean. The bathroom was also clean. I was super amazed at this hotel and I would definitely stay again and refer others to stay here as well.

The Hilton Hampton Inn, is a great place... super happy camper here... Marriott, not so much...

I am both a Hilton Gold Elite and Marriott Platinum Elite status. I needed to be in Morgan Hill for the day for car repairs and not being from the area, I needed a place to stay during the day to catch a nap and get some work done.

I reached out first to Marriott Courtyard... and it was a nightmare from the start... nobody at the front desk picked up. Finally got through and the front desk person, didn't understand what I was talking about. They transferred me to the manager... but I was disconnected (of course)... I called back, no answer... again... no answer.... again, got the same clerk who again transferred me to the manager but it went to VM... I couldn't even speak to someone who understood my question. What kind of service is this? I mean, I have 30 nights this year and 415,000 points in my register... it's not like I need a room to do a dope deal yeah?

I called the general reservation line and Marriott's response was "we don't have day rates".. Ok, I'm not asking for any discount or a "day rate", just a regular room rate with an extra-early check in... sorry sir, "we don't do that".. like what I'm going to have a party here or something?

So, I called the Hampton Inn and not only was I warmly greeted, when I asked my question, the response was, "let me see if we have availability for an early check-in"... why yes sir, this will not be a problem...

So, here I am in my nice comfortable room at the Hampton Inn.... Check in was a breeze, my room is great and what a refreshing attitude here!

I guess the moral of this story is Marriott cannot think outside the box... Oh, Platinum Elite status.... not worth the price of admission. Thank you Hampton Inn for accommodating my clearly unusual request.

I was so happy working for ..this company I love my manager Michael and my assistant manager Maria home train me I only quit my job there because I couldn't I couldn't afford the commute but I'd probably still be working there I was very happy there they care about their employees

This is an excellent hotel. I love staying here with my girlfriend when we are in the area. The front desk staff is very welcoming and friendly. They do not have a very expensive incidentals deposit either. The front desk manager even upgraded the room for us to our surprise. The room is very clean and smells wonderful. It even has a gas fireplace! Awesome! If we could, my girlfriend and I would live here instead of the apartment. Thank you Hampton inn and Hilton hotels.

Nice staff, clean rooms, and very quite!

Stayed April 18 & 19. The room was excellent. It was clean and no bad smells. There was a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and a microwave oven which are items I do not find in many hotels today. Sheets were clean. TV worked fine. Fireplace in corner of room (I did not fire it up). It was very quiet. Complimentary breakfast was actually more than I expected and was hot & fresh. There were several fast food places and gas station down the street, not to mention many businesses just over the freeway overpass in Morgan Hill. I see that some reviewers had problems with service personnel, but I only interacted with employees when I checked in and out. They weren't super friendly, but they were professional.
I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Spent one night last week after our water heater died. The room was very nice with lots of room for suitcases. Power ports throughout the room (at the desk and the nightstand between the queen beds). The hot breakfast was excellent (cheese omelets, maple sausages and hash browns) and there lots of other selections.

Grateful to the staff for our five day stay in the suite. Met every need we had the housekeeping even did their best to work around our schedule due to the fact that they cleaned rooms while our newborn baby would sleep. Front desk did their best to serve the customer and make your stay comfortable as possible. Would recommend staying here if you have a family.

This is a quiet property with an attentive staff. Family friendly and a great place for those who enjoy quiet shared spaces, and modern rooms. They're doing a great job and continue to update the property.

Hampton in Gilroy has the best staff and service, better than any hotel I've ever stayed at. I would recommend this particular hotel if you have to stay in the area. Daniel, Dream, Savanah and Michelle always take care of us with a smile and great attitude, the service is outstanding

Great hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everywhere you walked in this hotel it smelled great. Even the elevator had a great smell. I know that might be weird, but our previous nights hotel did not have a pleasant smell in the hallways. The rooms were very clean and updated. Another plus was the height of the shower head and good water pressure. Hotel had a very nice gym with treadmills, free weights, elliptical and other miscellaneous stuff. The continental breakfast was also great. The fresh cut up grapefruit, strawberries, cantaloupe and blackberries were great. There was also a great waffle bar that had fruit, chocolate syrup, peanut butter, whipped cream and sprinkles. Overall great experience, staff was great and would highly recommend. Thank you

Nice, quiet, clean place, absolutely loved it.
Breakfast is complimentary and they have a very good variety of choices. My room was clean and we had everything we needed.

Good location and much cleaner than some locations nearby. Plenty of parking near your room. Small pool is available. The breakfast has good variety and is decent quality for something fast. Seating is somewhat limited for breakfast. Look in the lower lobby seating area for more options. It is on the freeway but did not hear any traffic. Tip: if it looks like there's only a comforter on the bed, dig deeper for the sheet. AC works well. Big plus, there is a small microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Excellent stay for the money! Rooms are clean and spacious, we got a balcony room which was a bonus. Pretty decent workout amenities and the breakfast is exceptional. Definitely would recommend!

great A+++ stayed for a weeks and the service was great. housekeeping was amazing and took care of us well. their is a breakfast, its not the best i have had in a motel but it does the job parking was free. pool was under repair but the hot tub was working. had a sauna and a workout room also. so i have to say i enjoyed the stay and would return again next time i make it to California.

Very nice place! Rooms were spacious and clean. Check-in was very friendly. Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy, egg omelettes, waffles. I do wish they had a little more seating for breakfast. Location was great, right off the freeway! I felt safe, which was important to me as I was traveling by myself with my kids. I would definitely stay again!

Easy to find and near enough to San Jose airport. Very comfy bed, and the shower had good pressure. I really enjoyed the "bagel topper" for breakfast...that was something new, and as someone who travels a lot, I appreciated something different that was still tasty.

This place is right off the freeway it's clean and their staff is always friendly I run away from home here often. They have parking where you can see your car and they have breakfast in the morning. They also have coffee and T all day in the lobby.
