We’re a family of four with two small children and my wife and I wanted to branch out and show the kids nature at its best through travel. We decided to look into an RV and settled for a 2023 Colman Rubicon due to the available space and what my truck can tow. After trying out two different dealerships in our part of town, we decided to look elsewhere and stumbled upon San Martin Camping World. This tiny town is hiding a giant Camping World store with a plethora of RVs to choose from. Because we came in with a plan for that Rubicon, all we had to do was narrow it down to how much space I needed for my family. We ended up buying one that sleeps 5. The guys at Camping World didn’t do any song and dances, just facts to get us to the right RV. The experience was precise and direct, exactly what I needed coming into this RV dealership. We ended up buying the RV of our dreams. Now all we need to do is to pack up the kids and go exploring before school starts up again. Thank you Camping World for not B.S us around. Cool place to get Barbecue grills, gear and accessories. They have barbecue grills that you can’t find in other stores and they have a friendly and helpful staff.

Chris, my salesperson, drove us around in a cart. He is knowledgeable and listens to what we wanted. Chris worked hard for our business. What fun! Large inventory of clean used RVs. I made a purchase last week working with Arta in finance, and we have comfortable monthly payments and no prepay penalties for early payoff (fyi). I was told new mattresses are provided with all the used RVs. It's true..very nice and comfortable.

The service here is absolutely phenomenal. I’ve dealt primarily with Desiree and she couldn’t be better at her job. She is thorough, thoughtful and super friendly. She follows up regularly and always goes the extra mile. I’ve also interacted with Steve who is also very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and Max too. Max is the service manager, and since his crew is so good I haven’t had to interact with him much at all but when I have he is great as well. I will always take my rig there and recommend that others do as well. Highly, highly recommended!

Visited on a Sunday. The service parts counter was closed. They still offered to help us out with a part for our A/C . I was very impressed by the employee performance! He wasn't familiar with the parts counter but he offered and did a great job with helping us get back on the road. Thank you for going out of your comfort zone and helping us!

The staff at this dealership has some of the nicest people. I've been looking for an RV for the past 3 months and some of these other stores in the area made me feel really uncomfortable. Joe Dazzo didn't waste my time, he was very professional, and knew exactly what I was looking for in an RV. Just bought a Jayco Jayflight. He led me through the entire process and gave me a great deal. I would highly recommend asking for Joe.

I went to camping world to buy a new trailer, and they did not disappoint. At first I went to a smaller dealership to look for a 22’ trailer, but they didn’t seem to be that interested in selling me a trailer.
When I went to camping world, I was immediately greeted by John Scirigione, who made the whole process very easy. He showed me the trailers I wanted to see, and ended up getting a 2022 heartland mallard 210RB. The price was very good, so I moved forward with the purchase. John also contacted good sam to help me get insurance set up on my trailer. I got a very competitive rate, and had one less thing to worry about when I left the dealership. Christine Werner helped me out with the financing (I had pre-approval through a local credit union). She ensured that my loan was finalized properly, contacted the bank directly, which made it so that I didn’t have to do much on my end to secure the loan. She even came in on her day off to accomplish this. Joe Dazzo the GM was very accommodating throughout the whole process. At no point was anyone pushy, but at the same time they were very motivated to help me, and get me into the trailer I needed. If you are a first time trailer buyer like me, I would skip everyone else and head straight here instead.

Yesterday I visited your San Martin location and had a phenomenal experience. I was looking for a cover for our travel trailer and various other items. Your associate Charlene was friendly and approachable. She checked the back to see if they had my size. Upon not finding it, she went above and beyond and contacted another store. She found the cover, and it is being sent over for me. She suggested I purchase insurance for the cover. After all the covers I’ve purchased there, this was the first time someone mentioned this great option, let alone help me find my size. I made that purchase and am happy to drive back to this location (all the way from Santa Cruz) to pick up my cover and visit with Charlene again. She also checked my Good Sam membership and noticed it had expired. Because of her excellent customer service, I decided to renew my membership. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for employing associates that are not only friendly, but willing to help a customer from beginning to end!

I have been looking for a trike (a three wheel bike) for my adult daughter for a while. She has always wanted to ride a bike, but does not have a good sense of balance.Trikes are not something that is stocked at most shops. We went in to Camping World today and was helped by Gage. He was extremely helpful in getting us the bike, assembling it, and more importantly making us feel like we were the only customers in that store. However, it was far from the truth as there were other customers, but he never lost focus on us. He tried to do whatever was necessary to make us satisfied customers. While this was an hour away from where we live, I will definitely come back for other items that camping world carries. Wishing that this is how salespeople worked. Thanks Gage!!!!.

Let’s just talk about the customer service of this location! Wow! Wow! Wow! We had rented a camper from Cruise America and lost a key to the exterior compartment. We were 1 1/2 hours away and couldn’t get there before the store closed. We worked between the manager and a sales man named Gage and found a solution. We arrived 30 min after close, expecting not to see a soul but Gage was still there waiting for us! Thank goodness for him! We tried the part the company, Cruise America, had told us to purchase and it did not work! Gage even stepped in trying to help and he could t get it to work, BUT he came up with some amazing ideas to get us what we needed and into the compartment where my 2 year old daughters medical supplies where. These are medical supplies help keep her alive and were what we were working to get to. Without Gage we would have had to go to a hospital to get the supplies! He saved us a trip to the hospital and we dare say our camping trip with his remarkable customer service, off the clock! His kindness is one of a kind. You can see his passion to help shine through! He even offered to return the part that didn’t work in the morning for us and recommended that next time we send pictures of the broken part just to make sure that they can get it right in case the information is wrong again! Wow! Was he over the top wonderful! We highly recommend this location as their care shows in their dedication to their customers who are in a jam. They may not have been able to fix it because the store was closed but they did offer amazing ideas and sometimes that’s even better! Thank you, thank you Gage!
