The absolute best staff ever - there is an elderly manager there who has been so incredibly sweet to my 2 children - they love her!!! She makes the biggest difference in our day - such a ray of sunshine =)

Recently stopped in while heading out for a road trip. The line in drive thru was long but the amazing staff rocked 🙌 it! They were great!

Everyone made it thru the line efficiently with excellent customer service 👏 My husband knows my relationship with Starbucks.

For the first time ever the young lady working 💪 the window gave me a gift card for having to wait. I was literally speechless. I thought they did great 👍 I almost gave it back, but I think I was in shock 😲

I wish I would've asked this young lady's name to give her a shout out! You all did amazing this day and it did not go unnoticed. I've never been given a gift card, so that was pretty 😎 cool

I had the most pleasant experience this morning through drive-through with Michelle. She welcomed me with a smile and I was already having a long morning, but she really turned it around with her kindness. Obviously, I love the beverages and food here too but really appreciate how great the staff here is!!

Great drive thru service. I had my Lab with me and they gave me 2 pup cups and I purchased a fruit and cheese container for him also.

Very well managed , polite and hard working staff from morning till night. This place is special because it's open until 9:30PM!!
Never seen a fly in the air, gotta love that. Can't say that about other locations. Very clean here.

Always amazingly productive and great choices of coffee, tea , snacks desserts and an array of breakfast sandwiches.

The pineapple matcha was perfect! My love enjoyed an iced carmel mocha with and extra shot and she said it was so good!

Being a partner from other states I can sometimes have a hard time knowing the nuances of the Starbucks life in other areas, and when my mom and I popped in for breakfast we were greeted with a wonderful vibe, excellent customer service and an excellent recommendation from Bridgett who was working the front. They were absolutely delightful to talk with and the team with her working the morning of Friday the 13th! Thank you for such a lovely experience today.

What an experience! From the cashier asking how my day is going to the barista Donovan he was amazing explaining to me the difference between dark roast and light roast. I have never visited a Starbucks where the staff is so kind and friendly ♡ In love with that kind of customer service. And last, the store is spot less squeaky clean!

Im typically not a big Starbucks coffee girl but man how friendly the staff are here at this location! They are fast and so attentive to your needs, their drive through is so convenient and with their new items on their cold brew menu I have been hooked!

I have been coming to this same Starbucks for several years and I have never met not one unfriendly person yet!! They are all extremely friendly and helpful!! The place is always clean the atmosphere is friendly when you walk in or even in the Drive-Thru! Just an awesome place to go to any time of day!! Not to sound too sappy but there have been times where I have been in a foul mood and I left in a better mood just because of the people LOL they really are a good bunch of people!!

Best experience ever in Starbucks. The staff displayed best customer service, and went beyond expectation. It gave us something to appreciate and feel good about on our long trip home.

I'm here a lot, I spend way too much on drinks here on a regular basis. Today we got really awesome service from Tyler. I was super grateful! It's rare to be taken care of so well at a chain food/beverage store.

Great staff. First time at a Starbucks drive thru, and first time getting a pupachino for my dog. I loved it, she loved it and the staff loved my 80 lb German Shepherd trying to crawl out of the car and into the service window.

None of the components of the special drinks ready, short staffed, staff running about management and coworkers out loud where everyone in the store can hear.... ok just redeemed themselves with two free gift cards. That was very sweet.

This is the only Starbucks location I've been to, where the morning barista/cashier does not make me feel welcome! She never makes eye contact or smiles much at me. I see she does with others; just not me. I'm fact she hasn't bothered to remember my name, although I've gone there quite often. I'll give this location a five star only because I went on a weekend, and the barista/cashier named Chow, made my morning! She should replace the other one and my weekday mornings would be perfect!!!

Always quick & friendly. Out of all the Starbucks in the area, they are the one I go to. They stay open the latest during our current pandemic and have a convenient drive thru service.
