I was in your store today to pick up some teflon tape and glue for pvc pipes. Jeff was such a great help. Explained everything that I needed and why I needed it and how to put it together.

Also was in there a few weeks ago and ?? Toni Ann - works in the plumbing department - who helped me with the Zero G hoses and how to connector one to another. Awesome people you have working in the store. Thanks!!!

Purchased wood for combo arbor & pergola cover. Wife did the oil based stain & water seal. Wood worked as expected with quick delivery

Excellent customer service! I needed help to get some poplar shelving boards for a project and Thomas stopped what he was doing with a forklift and helped me out. He helped cut the boards to my dimensions and then rapped them so I could easily transport them. It slowed his day down but it made mine! Thanks so much Thomas for an excellent customer service experience.

A neighborhood hardware store in the best tradition of service and friendliness. Johnson has a large lumber yard and a great selection of trim. Need a screw or bolt? Johnson will have it. Easier to shop here than the big box stores. You can get help from the staff when you need it. Also Johnson has built a garden center next door. Terrific selection of plants, pots and associated merchandise.

My first choice when shopping for lumber or DIY project supplies in Morgan Hill. Most of the team are friendly and helpful, making themselves available to answer questions as soon as they can. Their prices are comparable to the big box hardware store in town, and even when an item may be more expensive, I'd prefer my money go to a locally owned business over a national corporation. I'll keep shopping here for as long as they're in town.

Love their displays and products in garden dept . Wonderful plant selections and i feel like in am a garden disneyland as it is sooo unusually breautifully displayed. Love just being here and never want to leave! Such healthy plants to choose from & great prices too. We live in ssm jose but choose to come here and buy. Love it!!! 🥰

Always an easy and friendly experience at Johnson's. We prefer shopping here before any of the big box hardware stores in town. Always fair prices with friendly staff, while supporting an locally owned business.

I have been to this Ace Hardware a few times and each time I have been pleasantly surprised. There is always someone at the front to greet you. When you ask someone where something is they always point you in the right direction. So far every time I have gone in they have what I’m looking for in stock. It’s always clean and orderly. Definitely recommend them for your home projects!

I wanted to get a Traeger as a Xmas gift. Ordered in store and scheduled delivery for day after Christmas. Store mistakenly sold their only one and had to order another one to ship a week later. They were extremely flexible with scheduling a delivery time and when my brother received his grill they also threw in a Traeger gift box with sauces, rubs and things. Really made up for the mistake. Thanks Mike and entire team!

The most amazing ACE I have ever been to. Tons of selection. Young guy in the back, had no idea about my account that was being set up. Told me is still in process, I asked to speak with someone in the office, he left and returned the haven't received you paperwork. Nice. Trust by verify.

Great store all around. Has great inventory for a not so big hardware store. Love the feel I get when coming here. Staff is always kind. Everytime am in the area I have to stop by. Always find something I need or gotta have heat this location.
