Randy is great. If you have to move a car, look no further. I run a small business, and we buy all our vans out of state. Randy is the only guy we will use. Skip the big websites, this guy beats them all and gives far better service at competitive rates.

We're a military family and came down on orders so we needed to ship our car from California to Florida Nov 2021. Randy was incredibly professional and gave me very helpful insight as it was our first time shipping a vehicle. We'd gotten quotes from at least 10 shipping companies total, ranging from $800 to $2,400. ATS was in the middle but I'm so glad I didn't go with a cheaper company. I don't think it would've stayed cheap with misc/hidden fees. Randy was honest and the price was very fair. Our car arrived on time and in great condition. Definitely recommend ATS to other military families looking for a good, HONEST, reputable company.

I was referred to Randy by a dealership as I wanted to ship my car to SD. Randy is most responsive to phone calls (he has 2 phones going at once and a personal phone) so we relied mostly on phone calls for communication. The only email correspondence was when he sent me the reservation form. Since Randy is pretty busy receiving and making phone calls, I would advise you to reach out to him, instead of vice versa. For example, after I sent him reservation form, I called the next day and he let me know he had found a trucking company for my car with delivery the day after pick up. Randy gets the job done, you just have to be proactive on your end and check in with him on the status.

We needed to ship our son’s car home to Chicago from California on short notice. Randy was recommended to us by our moving company. Price was fair and we received the car on time. Due to some unusual circumstances it was important that we knew exactly when the car would be delivered. Every time I contacted Randy he responded quickly and provided us with the updated information. We appreciate the good service

I'm in the military and had to get a car shipped from Ohio to Nebraska during COVID. Randy at ATS really did a great job helping me get my car shipped to where I needed in two weeks time and at a very fair price, especially considering the circumstances. I had tried to do it through other auto transport companies before I found Randy at ATS. I was being lied to by the other companies about timelines and false promises, which I discovered after doing research of my own by reading their contracts and customer reviews. Thankfully a well reviewed company referred me to Randy who I finally felt comfortable dealing with.

My experience with ATS was not bad. It was not fantastic but it was not bad considering what other car transport brokers are charging his is very reasonable. Yes it takes longer than a direct rout transport but if you want that service you will have to fork out the money to get it. If you are not is a big rush to get your car transported then it works great. Just keep in mind you need to tack on an extra week to the estimate that Randy gives you and keep in mind any holidays during the run (ie 4th of July) will cause further delay. Randy was quite responsive to emails when I contacted him regarding the delays and explained the constraints that are put on the truck drivers by law that slows things down. I believe he gives the best guess on arrival but he is not responsible for delays that incur with the transport driver. Yes it can be frustrating when the driver does not text you to let you know he is delayed but its not to hard to find out the number of the driver and text him. mine was pretty responsive once I was able to get his cell number through his company and get an accurate ETA.

I had a truck delivered to me in NH from California from a friend when it got to me it had been go threw messed with and a truck Jack was taken not cool . And other things were messed with that should of been left alone . a ALSO someone ran over something that cut into the tire 4 inches so I had to get a tire the tires were brand new I think you guys owe my friend or myself some cashI know I am 😠 all this delivered on 7/15/20

The transport was fine, but they owe us money -- and they don't pay, don't respond to emails or voicemails. I wouldn't recommend.
