Love the people there, and the vibe was 10/10 the person who was there was pretty cool and they were pretty understanding.😊

Me and the hubby went into the shop having an idea of what we wanted but not actually having any idea of what we wanted at the same time. Kat came to the rescue and helped us get what we needed. She was funny, engaging, and easy to talk sexy toy to. She made us feel comfortable in what can be a somewhat uncomfortable environment. The young man behind the counter was sweet too. Just a good experience. We plan on shopping there again.

I love this store! When’s for the first time and I was amazing! They were so helpful on choosing a toy and the functions! I didn’t even get their names but all of them were amazing! I felt really comfortable there and will definitely be coming back!!! Thank you guys!

it's nice & quiet, very clean also discreet. Laughter or comments are often heard up front at the counter.
All of the items are believe me when i tell you personally known by the clerk on duty. You don't get that at walmart. They all speak english perfectly well. This place sit's out in the cuts near Travis AFB, Ca. ill say it's the last exit before you get to the base?

I've been to adult bookstores all throughout the bay area and most of them are well kept, with polite staff, and an attempt to create a discreet, if not a tad tawdry ambience.  That is what the customer expects when he plunks down his 10 bucks to wander into the wanton for a while. While traveling through Fairfield I happened upon Secrets next to Travis Airforcebase so decided to venture in. I had been there before and had some great times what with the proximity to the air force base and the fresh meat that that entails. But alas on a Sunday evening it was quite dead and in the final 30 minutes of my "shift" there, the janitor completely took over the facility opening the back doors, which flooded the arcade with light as he loudly and quite obnoxiously cleaned all of the stalls. Now I understand the importance of clealiness, but this establishment should really work on a schedule that enables the janitor to do his duties without destroying the ambience that customers pay for. This guy was loudly grunting the whole time he was cleaning, was making bizarre noises in the bathroom and basically treating the place like there wasn't paying customers in attendance. Once he was finally done, I went to the front desk to explain my dissatisfaction and the fact that 30 minutes of the hour I paid for was completely disrupted and not what I had paid for. Taylor at the front desk was not sympathetic, rudely refused to offer any solace as to his inability to provide the paying guest with the dark arcade we've come to expect. This Secrets with their 1 hour time slots should get with the better business model perfected by awesome places like the El Cerrito Secrets which is always extremely busy. You pay the same amount but can stay for 4 to 5 hours and there isn't staff all up in your business, looking to tell you time is up, or loudly and creepily sanitizing the place . Places like Steamworks does the requisite cleaning in the least disturbing manner, you barely notice they are present. My request would be for the manager to refund me my money or provide a discounted admission in the future since they were unable to provide what I was paying for. And if this place would only think outside the box and takes it's cues from some far more successful busy adult establishments, with their adjacent military neighbor, they could be far more profitable.  And better training the staff would be helpful as well.

I was told that my bf and I had to stay together in the store so they could keep an eye on us for the best customer service. Never in the 20+ years I've been in this store have I ever been made aware of that rule. What if we didn't want each other to see what we were getting? I WAS a fan of the new boss lady until the other day and I wanted so bad to go back with my Naughty or Nice bags ($300-400 sale) for my Pretty Woman moment but decided to Yelp instead. And yes, Kiss and Tell are way more expensive than you guys are but it was worth $400 I spent to not feel like I have to be someone to keep an eye on.

The girl behind the counter made me feel like I was bothering her when I approached the counter. I don't know if the guy with her was another employee or a friend of hers but they were both being very loud and could be heard throughout the entire building. No wonder the place was empty. Not to mention he started his car(parked right in front of the doors)and proceeded to play his music at a loud level.The overall atmosphere of the store was not very inviting.

All sales are final. So please check the internet before purchasing fron this store. Bought something for $100 and shortly after read reviews online to find what I just bought for $55 on Amazon and $38 on Wal Mart... on top of that what ever I bought was already opened.

Ordered offline, and it got back ordered because they didn’t have two items In stock. They were VERY rude on the phone talking down to me. Then they only refunded me for one item when I called. They were even more rude this time. They tried to exclaim I used a coupon code which I did so I only receive a partial refund, which didn’t add up. So they swindled me out of 15$ also.

Cashier is very very rude!
