We drove 3 hours round-trip to pick up an appliance that we found online. before we even entered the store, we were greeted by three workers who were loading an appliance at the time. Within 5 minutes of browsing for other items, we were greeted by a salesperson asking us if we needed help.

When I went to check out, the guy at the register was friendly and efficient. When I inspected the appliance, I discovered a missing part. I was invited to get the part from another item on the shelf.

So far, the item works (at least on the floor of the driveway) and the price is right.

We had a great experience buying a washer/dryer and smart fridge here. A super nice and knowledgeable guy named Mike helped us for a really long time and was insanely patient with our indecision and countless questions. He also got us some big discounts on top of the already huge discount of open boxed products. It felt like a high end service experience having someone so helpful and personable walking us through the whole process. At check out, we interacted with several other employees there and they were all so nice and had great attitudes. It made the whole process feel positive and exciting instead of stressful, like big purchases can be sometimes.

We have been here a few times on our way to the outlets. John was very helpful answering all our questions about the oled LG tvs.

This is an outlet store for discounted appliances and other Best Buy stuff. The Staffperson there was nice and helped us load our new dishwasher into the truck.

Shopping for a new over the range microwave . I bought a amana for $199.00. It works great. I had a G.E that cost over $500.00 only lasted me 3 years. Board went bad. Price of board was about what I paid for the microwave when it was new. So if this one goes bad, no problem I'll buy another cheapy.

I had such wonderful experience at Best Buy with Gabriella Garcia and her associate went above and beyond their job today to make sure I received my my washer and dryer delivery in a reasonable time. What I thought was going to be a complete headache they turned into a great deal and even made sure I got my extended warranty without having to pay more money. Thanks again to the Best Buy crew definitely will be back soon😊

TV purchase was quick, easy and cost-saving. Installation was done very well at a reasonable price by Geek Squad who were professional, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. We did need to return one item but got it done quickly and easily thanks to helpful and friendly staff at the store. Great overall experience that I would highly recommend!

The store is very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are very fair. The parking lot is well lit at night. Plenty of free parking. Handicap parking & easy access available.

I was very impressed. As soon as I walked into the store, I guess they noticed my look of confusion and offered to help. Which I gladly accepted. They saved me at least 30 minutes. And the young man answered all my questions.

I am constantly pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service at this location. I have bought 3 TV'S in the last year and every time the staff was very helpful. My favorite part about this location is their selection of PC gaming hardware. I needed a power supply same day and was shocked they had such a wide selection available in store.

Needed shoes. The clerks were excellent in helping me. Ordered what I was interested in. Order arrived in promised time. Had to return one pair. No problem. I was not looking forward to shopping in these times, but I have changed my mind. Also on my way out I found pajama style that I had been looking for for sometime.

This review isn't for the store itself, but for an outstanding employee - Carlo! He is so professional and understanding. We had an issue with a fridge we purchased and he did everything he could to help us. He deserves a raise! He gives you his undivided attention when it's your turn and is super calm and informative.

Great help for an outlet store.

Very positive experience! They have a good system during the pandemic. We needed an ink cartridge. They got it for us and took it to the register while we waited in line and then they rang it up. It was all very efficient and everyone was very friendly too.
