AAA Gilroy Branch

I went there for DMV purposes and it was a pleasant experience. The staff were helpful, there was no waiting, parking was easy and my DMV issue was promptly taken care of. AAA is a good company to do business with.

I love that this place takes care of dmv needs. I was helped and in and out in less than 30 minutes. Quick and painless.

I've been with AAA Insurance for a little over a year now, and my Agent Sonia Espinoza is the best. All of the team there at the Gilroy branch are professional and responsive.

Yesterday, when needed to make a payment, to easy my worry about going inside, the branch manager came out to my car and processed my cash payment.

I've stopped in at this branch several times, mostly for DMV needs. Extremely friendly, courteous and efficient staff to take care of registrations. Have also used many different AAA offices for different reasons. L&L next door local grindz, Costco with gas pumps across the street, Walmart, Ulta, Target, Ross, Sushi Omakase nearby. Outlets, Home Depot, numerous Tesla chargers within a few miles radius.

I went to this office to take care of a few DMV related issues. I waited a short time before one of the staff assisted me and answered all my questions. I really love the fact I don't have to go to DMV for most services. Huge time saver!

I was told that I can transfer a title for a car I recently purchased. I was given the paperwork to fill out and was told to return with my plates to surrender them. I came back 2 days later and was told by someone else that they can not do services for plates right now. I wish i would not have wasted my tme coming to this branch and to be told something totally different I still need to make a dmv trip after all.will probably not be visiting this branch again.
*UPDATE: Thank you for being so helpful with my paperwork. I understand 10 min max is required for all transactions and as soon as I had all the proper paperwork I was able to successfully transfer my plates to sell my car. Thanks again.

Two recent contacts with AAA remind me of what a great company they are. I ran out of gas and it took less than 10 minutes to get me gas and on the road. Second visit was to pay tags on my car...again less than 10 minutes...we know how long DMV can take!..oved it!

The workers they were very friendly. The workers there were very helpful. When I showed up there was no line I got helped within I would say maybe 5 minutes or less and I was out of there. It was a great experience. Can't wait to go there next time I have another great experience 🤞

Alyssa is the GOAT and the staff here are always super helpful. Sometimes (like most businesses) customers come here with bad attitudes but the staff here always help. With the coronavirus, they have been a huge lifesaver with DMV services considering most DMV's are closed. Thanks to all who work here.
