We got both our bathrooms remodeled with Matthew and the creative builder team. As we started the process of getting quotes, Matthew stood out in terms of his willingness to understand what we were trying to do, provide suggestions and most importantly, guide us on things to watch out for. He seemed like someone who we could trust. During the execution of the projects, we worked closely with Kenneth who is an excellent project manager. Both Matthew and Kenneth are super responsive and addressed any questions/concerns promptly. In the end, both our bathrooms were completed on time within budget with great quality. We are very happy with the results and will count on Matthew for all of our future home improvement projects.

Matt's team helped remodel my entire home in Sunnyvale. This included full kitchen/bathroom and flooring. He and his team are extremely dedicated towards their work and have a listening ear as well as provide excellent recommendations if you are running short on time. The entire effort took close to two months and
his team worked round the clock to ensure it was ready to move in per the planned schedule.
The house was in really poor condition when purchased but Matt and team helped fix every little aspect to ensure it was in livable condition. We recently did a remodel involving a change in kitchen layout and adding an additional room and went with Matt and his team and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
This was a 6 month project involving multiple city permits.
From the first time we interviewed Matt, we felt that we could trust him with this job. He was quick to understand the project and provided creative solutions without assuming waste. For eg: he suggested we reuse kitchen cabinetry as garage storage. Functional and sustainable! Great way to keep perfectly nice cabinets from the landfill!
We had a pretty clear vision of the layout but he was able to guide us every step of the way with inputs on finishing materials. He is also generally very responsive to messages or calls along with being receptive to feedback. He kept us updated on the project as often as we needed and called out delays or issues if any in advance. This helped with realistic project deadlines and finishing on time.

We reached out to Matt for a 400 sqft extension to our family room. We already had approved permits and needed someone reliable to execute on the project. After consulting with a number of contractors, we decided to proceed with Matthew and his team. Matthew provided a transparent estimate that was competitive.

Once work began there were changes along the way that needed to be done based on feedback from permit inspector. Matthew took care of everything promptly and work went through smoothly. The project took around 3-4 months during which time we were living and working from home in the same space. Matthew and his team were very accommodating to our needs during this time, and scheduled all the work around our comfort.

We added some additional changes during the course of the project and were happy with the overall outcome and the promptness shown by Matthew and Kenneth to address all of our needs. Matthew was also resourceful in making suggestions around purchasing finished material and suggested businesses where we could get the best value and service.

We had a good experience in remodelling our kitchen with Matthew and team last summer. He was responsive about all queries. Since we were living in the home while remodeling was in progress, the team was very cooperative when dealing with noise, dust.

Guys worked every day from 8 AM and were able to finish the job within allotted time with permits.

Matt and his team did a complete remodel for our house. The Master bathroom and the kitchen require most of the work. Matt is patient, responsive, and resourceful. He made sure he had the right expert to tackle specific requirements that we had. Juan was in charge of the essential electric and plumbing work of our house. He is experienced and has a high standard in the work that he delivers. We had to pay for a few additional work items which were not in the original contract, but Matt and the team were always reasonable with us and helped solve them proactively. Everything follows the city permit requirements.
The project ran 3 weeks longer than expected, but that probably would happen with any contractors. Just keep that in mind during the planning phase.
