Happy Daze RV - Gilroy

I purchased my first travel trailer from these folks and am very happy with my purchase. I shopped see grins, pan pacific, airstream and a few dealers out of the area and these folks got me as a customer. They have nice trailers and good deals.

We were shopping pre-owned inventory and on the fence between a Class B or C. Art Hawkins at Happy Daze RV gave us the education we needed to be savvy shoppers. His care and customer service is 100% appreciated and we hope to send business his way. While our purchase ended up at another dealer who happened to have the unit we were looking for, if we do this in the future we wouldn’t hesitate to give a call here again.

Thank you to Derek and the rest of the family at Happy Daze RV. You made it worth the 8.5 hour drive to buy our Grand Design Transcend during Thanksgiving week. Even though there were 1 or 2 hiccups you guys made the fix super easy. Also, a really big thank you for taking the time to contact Grand Design and explain our situation with a local dealer we didn't want to deal with. We're happy to be part of the Happy Daze RV & Grand Design Family.

I will never take my trailer to another shop again. I have had my travel trailer for a year and a half and it was over due for some repairs. I brought it into Happy Daze and met Amy the Service Manager and her staff. She literally walked me through all the repairs the trailer needed ( most I had no clue about). I had taken it to another shop a few days before because of some vandalism repairs but the quote for the other repairs were way over priced. Amy and her team did great work and actually finished the job in way less time than I expected. Great work, fair prices and amazing staff. You can't go wrong with this place.

Helpful and courteous staff. The guys and gals here are the real deal, know their stuff and know that "home is where you park it".. I'll rely on Happy Daze as long as they are in business.

I wrote this review right after I brought in an LP regulator that failed. The trailer was under full warranty, both extended and mfg, was told to pay full price ($89.99) for the replacement, was literally pigeon-holed by the sales manager kid. He wrote on a piece of printer paper, could have been a napkin, to "warranty the regulator and call customer", which 16 months later, still has not happened. At the time he says "I'm putting it in writing" (which could matter less to me than anything). Gave 5 stars thinking I was taken care of, got -5 stars in return. Disappointed to say the least-

Definitely would recommend Happy Daze for anyone looking for a recreational vehicle. If you want good fair honest people that's the place to go. We are very thankful to them and give them the highest ratings.

I had the most wonderful experience and I would recommend people to buy any vehicle they have on the lot. Everyone was very accommodating and very nice I felt they listened to what I had to say and they met my expectations with no pressure I had a wonderful experience. I would like to thank the team and especially Alexis who helped me out the most and made me feel like I mattered and even refered me to a place where I can park my new 5th wheel. Alexis went above and beyond and I want to thank you for everything.

If you want an RV this is the place. We have now purchased three from them and each experience gets better. They have a great team working to pull it together so when you drive away all details have been thought of
If you want the best salesperson in the business you must work with Alexis and her sidekick Daisy. She knows RV’s and RV’ing from experience. She exudes competence and knowledge in her own low key manner. You can trust her judgement and suggestions
