Countless times, they have volunteered to do the “out of the ordinary” thing for me, the customer such as making a replacement drawer for my antique spool cabinet or make a display rack to show my antique German pipe.Brisco’s staff never ceases to “wow” me…👍🏼❤😁

Love this old school service hardware store with all the modern tech and tools, family owned is the difference!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The store has most anything you need... And a very good selection of knives! Parking lot is large.

If you can't find it anywhere else you will probably find it here. Has got to be the oldest hardware store around. Doing it right.

Nice to have an alternative to the big boxes. Very helpful staff.

Great place to buy lumber and other things

I hadn't been here for years.
Great service & the wood selection, while a bit higher in price, was very good quality. And save me time being the 5 cities.
Bad quality wood makes me have to start over and That's serious $.
Beware when walking thru the store area!
You'll find all kinds of project pieces & ideas interesting, that were never on your To Do List to begin with.

I had drywall delivered from Brisco's this summer for a house project. I went over in the late morning to ask if they carried drywall and could deliver it. In just a few hours the drywall was at my home. Fair prices, quick delivery! I also found a compost pitchfork at Brisco's. I had looked at many of the other hardware stores in the area and not found a simple, 5-tine, wood-handled fork--they had it for a good price.

The bedroom window glass broke in my duplex. It is single pane. I called Arroyo Grande Glass. They said they had no employee in that could help me, and even if they did, I wouldn't get done today. Referred me to Brisco's. I have been there many times, but didn't know they repaired window glass. I went there around 10 am and it was done by 12pm. Great service. Super nice. Very helpful. Glad I could get it back the same day. Especially since it has been raining. Glad this business is around with it's old time values and services. I hope they never go out of business. Lets help support these small businesses with great values, service, and helpfulness.

This is a fantastic hardware store and lumber mill! It is a small town business but does work all over the large San Luis Obispo County and beyond! I highly recommend this business for all of your home and business building needs! Also, check out their other business in the village of Arroyo Grande for your gift and home decorating needs.

Briscos has excellent staff, friendly and knowledgeable. There selection of hardwoods is great and priced reasonably. As well as other materials I'd recommend them to anyone. Personally I'd rather shop there than a big box store any day

Found everything I needed with an assist from Ethan who knew where to find what I needed. Outstanding, this will be my go to.

I love Briscoe's thay have a decent selection of products and are happy to size parts for me in the mill at a reasonable price making it much more convenient for me in my shop!

This place has an amazing Woodshop that can produce any type of Molding and other trim from the shop directly to you.
Really old school place.

Ordered plywood Miles cut it. It's perfect. Also went in to hardware, showed a you tube video. Look up Applipopp. I ended up getting washers. Saved about 50.00. Thank you Brisco Lumber..5 star

Love this old school hardware store. I've always been treated like I'm the most important customer in the store. I always seem 2 find items that I can't find in the big box stores

These guys are always helpful and carry a surprising variety tools and materials you can't get at the other hardware stores in town.
