Pismo View Inn

Great location, next to the freeway entrances and exit, restaurants, near Nipomo, 4 cities, Avila, and other small towns. Room is really spacious, clean, and has a microwave and mini fridge.

I loved the hotel it was very nice,great area. They have a machine with a video host that checks you in. And they have lockers to give you everything you might need. The jacuzzi was green an smelled like pee🤣 we didn't get in that, pool was great, I thought the floor was dirty cause the spots but was the style, but wait when u went to wipe the floor it was DIRTY as hell good thing I travel with my cleaning wipe, bleach spray bottle, Lysol I sprayed and word the floor with towels. I forgot to take a pic of towel. The towel was filled black after good thing it was only one night. So that's why the 4 start for room but other than that everything was great.

Since their remodeling and new management, I was very impressed with all upgrades. In the room, no carpet, new beds, comforter’s pillows, TV, bathroom, no curtains but two type if new shades (one clear and rear dark) new window A/C and other furniture.

I did not know the shades had opposite side chains to roll-up or roll-down. My TV remote had locked some of the regularly viewing channels and hotel staff came immediately to explain, show and help.

I rated my stay as a 5/5. Very clean hotel, courteous and professional staff, cleaned premises and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend it!

This was a great place to stay! Location was great to access all 5-cities, room was clean, and autmated check in process was smooth. Pool area was nice and fire pit was very cute. We will definitely stay again when we return for another weekend getaway. I saw some reviews on here complaining about the automated check -in process, I'm not sure why? It's a kiosk, but you interact with a real person via video. We liked it!

very pet friendly! we had 2 different rooms , 1 for my teens another for me and my hubby , kids felt safe and weren't bothered by any one , 5 minute drive to pismo and 2 minute drive to walmart , funny because check in was via virtual cameras, there was a host that helped with all our needs ., pool was refreshing! rooms clean but no blow dryer 🤦🏻‍♀ but its ok i will take my own next time ! because there definitely will be more stays there !

I don’t usually give out too many 5 star reviews for less expensive hotels, but I was thoroughly impressed with this place. Great service, newly remodeled building and rooms, very nice smart core wood/ vinyl flooring installed everywhere you go, the upper deck walkways have brand new sprayed on covering similar to what you resurface pools with. Excellent material, and very clean looking. Green field turf installed around the area, looks really nice, and it’s directly off the freeway exit. New paint, furniture, hardware, faucets, etc.. The owners of this place are taking their property and investment seriously. You will not find a better valued place for the price they are charging. Serious props to these owners!

We stayed here for the weekend & we had a trailer with us & we were able to get a room in front of our truck & trailer to keep an eye on. The room was clean & remodel. This is our 2nd time staying here. This is our favorite place to stay at when we go to Pismo beach. Check in process was super easy they even allowed us to do late check out. Definitely recommend staying.

We needed a place to stay and found this at the last minute. They were so nice to us and we were really happy with our room. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The room, grounds, pool, laundry room all very clean. We definitely will stay there again. Thank you Pismo View Inn 😊

Friendly staff, quick check in, clean rooms. Has a pool, we were in a room by the pool which is open until around 10pm which meant noise the entire time but it wasn't much of bother. I liked the light blocking shade for the ability sleep during the day. It was a nice visit.

I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews but overall a really clean and affordable place. The room appeared to be newly renovated, new paint, sheets, etc. Check in was easy and receptionist was polite. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was a hidden gem. We couldn't believe that nice and clean room, with that beautiful city view was so affordable. Will definitely recommend and stay there again.

The rooms were very clean. Bed super comfortable. Staff was really nice as well! Even the shampoos and stuff smelled amazing. I would definitely recommend a stay here. It's all remodeled.

When I walked into the room, everything was clean and in order. I could tell the cleaning staff had done an excellent job. The bed was nice and comfortable. The room didnt have any of the odors or damage you might expect for a hotel room of the price this one was. I enjoyed my stay and forud it to be a good value hotel room.

Stayed back in the summer of 2021 for my birthday with family. Great stay. The owner or manager was really nice. Anything we needed they were super helpful and really nice. And I loved their little hang out with the fire place by the check in. Great stay

& pool is clean and heated!! Newly remodeled in room, new beds, furniture & paint. Didn't receive WiFi password at check in, make sure to ask. $100.00 deposit on check in fare warning.

Had a great time here! Stayed overnight with my girlfriend, great price and a clean room. No complaints at all. Very kind and helpful staff, and a game/laundry room with vintage arcade games, very fun. Close to freeways and food. Nice property and amazing view of sunset on Pismo Beach. Will be happy to visit here again soon :)

We were the first to stay in the room and let me tell u it was wonderful. The front desk was very helpful and polite. Rooms were tip top shape and newly renovated and up to date. I would book with this hotel again with no hesitation

Totally renovated rooms. Looks soo much better than it used to. Definitely would stay again. Free WiFi. Front desk help super friendly. The place is in a great location. I couldn’t believe how much it changed.. I stayed there before the renovation and it was a dump. But now it’s a clean and Respectable place to stay. I recommend it

Enjoyed staying here. There was 7 of use in here. 4 adults and 3 kids. We built a fort for the kids with some blankets and they slept on the floor. They loved it! Ordered pizza. The hotel didn't leave dated information about delivery places around so we had to do some searching. I kept pamphlets in the room for the next guests. This hotel worked for us because we were close to my favorite beaches and didn't stay in the room much since we were at the beach all day or visiting friends. And the views were beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.
