Motel 6 Pismo Beach, CA - Pacific Ocean

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Motel 6 in Pismo Beach, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into my room, I was greeted by a sense of cleanliness and order that you don’t always find in affordable accommodations. The room was spotless, with every surface and linen feeling fresh and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

But what truly set this motel apart was the view. Waking up to the breathtaking vista of the Pacific Ocean was a daily delight. The serene beauty of the water, coupled with the sound of the waves, added an element of tranquility to my stay that was absolutely priceless.

Location-wise, you can't beat this Motel 6. The easy access to the beach was definitely a highlight of my stay, providing both the joys of seaside relaxation and the vibrant local culture right at my doorstep.

Moreover, the kindness and hospitality of the owners were the cherry on top of an already wonderful stay. They were welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my time at the motel was enjoyable. Their warm personalities and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made me feel at home.

My husband and I stay at this location every year for our vacation. Great staff, location clean rooms. We always stay in room 117 the view is fabulous. We have been back each year for the last 3 years. Planning our next vacation now for later this year. We recommend this location to everyone we talk to. Perfect, walk to pier, beach, shops, food. The room was vary spacious, clean was able to see water from room I really enjoyed myself an good rates as well

Service was great, rooms don’t have A/C, location is the only reason to stay here.

The stay was great the receptionist Stephanie was the best great customer service would recommend 1000 times will be going back right next to beach

Awesome room for the price, walls are a little thin but its an awesome stay even with my 2 dogs.

Only 1 block away from the beach and the main street which has good restaurants and stores. I want to thank to Lori who solve the issue with my reservation and even offered me a much better deal (I hope I spelled her name correctly). Also the personnel of the hotel were very kind and helpful.
If you are looking for a place to stay and you are not looking for a luxurious hotel, this is the place to stay.

Perfect location so close to the beach. Big room and we loved the little fireplace heater.

I was pleasantly surprised with this motel, the staff Lorrie and Samantha were very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable . My room was clean, and had a TV, Microwave , and a fridge, it was close to the beach and restaurants and bars. There was plenty of parking, I will stay here again

Rooms need upgrades badly. If it wasn’t for the service Lorie always provides I would not stay here for the price.

This is a very nice motel to stay in when you are visiting Pismo Beach right around the corner from splash Cafe and right down the street from the beach thank you to the wonderful ladies who helped us I highly recommend you try this motel you will love it I know we did

Rooms were clean and close to shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful! Couple of things…. I wish mote 6 would put microwaves and coffee makers in their rooms!

We stay at this place any time we come to Pismo. Great location close to all the shops!

Cheapest hotel within walking distance of the beach. Walking distance is about 3 minutes from the hotel to the beach/pier. One thing is the parking lot has extremely small parking spaces. Do not bring a car that you do not want someone else to touch. Friendly staff and even has a patio where you can enjoy your lunch.

Its a motel 6 room so it's no frills but clean big bathroom & actually a really nice picture on the TV. They have this big circular patio on the second floor that I'd love to have a BBQ on. The walk to the beach is about as short as the get. The ladies on the clock were helpful and friendly as can be the coffee the brewed up ( lol the insisted it was just foldgers reg. brew) was worth mentioning in the review awesome. I'll go right there again when I go back. 100% good experience

Honestly compared to other motels in the Pismo this was the cheapest one and it was not far at all from the beach

No complaints. I might think twice about staying here with younger children. Didn't feel all that safe for youngsters ...

Location was great and the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The room was basic with no frills but clean, and I always appreciate the morning coffee and that they allow my small well-behaved dog to stay without added cost. I would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed there 3 times. The rooms our vintage but that being said they are VERY CLEAN staff is very nice too. Location perfect for for us. They always treat us well.
