This Physical Therapy Dept. is highly recommended! Steve Norton was my PT and he is the one I recommend for massage treatment. I never realized that therapeutic massage could alleviate neck and shoulder tightness and deep pain! And Mr. Norton has the best skill. I had 4 different PTs.
Also, I want to give receptionist Gracie Perez a 5 star review. Her position requires patience, competence and friendliness. She exceeds in all areas.

This is a state of the art medical center offering a range of services to the East end of the Coachella Valley. It is much smaller that the sprawling Eisenhower campus in Rancho Mirage and often refers patients to there but basic services are available in this modern facility. Doctors, labs, basic imaging, woman’s health and physical rehab are all provided.

Parking is convenient and covered spaces are often available a real bonus on the summer. The staff it’s extremely accommodating, and there is even a small snack bar with Starbucks and sandwiches of good quality.

There are doctors available under Eisenhower’s 360 program that includes email communication with the doctors. Their online system is very good and reminders and appointments are easily available online.

The building is clean and comfortable with a receptionist on duty as you walk in always offering help. They even have an urgent care available.

We were assisted by Joe at the reception area of the urgent care. I recall this is the second time he has assisted me and I had make mention of how caring and efficient he is. I was then triaged by Jamaica who was also phenomenal in her quick check in process. I’m now waiting for Dr. Bayer as I type and I have no doubt this experience will continue to be nothing but exceptional.

The Lab at the Argyos Center in La Quinta takes appointments over the phone or online for visits Mon-Fri for the hours of 7 am to 10 am. After those appointments are seen during the 7-10 am timeframe, the "walk-ins" without an appointment are seen. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointment time..simple,easy and quick. I find them to be very efficient and it's a beautiful facility.

Every time I come here, I am treated with kindness and respect. I have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes, and that was because I thought I had an appointment. They told me it could be as long as an hour. As soon as I settled in, someone came and took me in. We are lucky to have Eisenhower in this area!

The entire staff is so nice. Beatrice is awesome! Drawing blood from my hidden veins is a difficult process, but she is the first medical professional to ever succeed on the first try!

I LOVE THIS FACILITY!!! From the music playing when you walk up from the parking lot , to the friendly people who greet you at the front desk, this medical facility is a breath of fresh air and a change from the rigid, uncaring feeling you normally receive from medical offices.
You get 5 stars from me!!!

I have been going to the Argyros Center for several years and it's virtually impossible to consider going anywhere else once you've been there. There's a calming effect you feel immediately as soon as you walk through the doors and the décor is impeccable. My Primary Physician is there who I dearly love and won't share his name because then I'll never get in to see him. % stars for the Argyros Center *****

I find this lab really nice & caring. They try not to make you wait a long time. Great technicians. Very efficient in getting your results. I will continue to get all my lab work there. .

I was send to do a chest X-ray, and everyone from the front desk to the radiology technician was super nice and friendly. I waited only few minutes to get in. Facility is absolutely beautiful.

I would prefer the Eisenhower over LabCorp anyway. The staff is very kind, and the wait time is a few minutes at most.

Excellent service

I want to make it very clear that I was a patient at this facility for the last eight years and this place is a revolving door for resident training and all the time that I had to go there for any medical treatment that I never saw the same doctor . Its impossible to develop any kind of relationship with a doctor for continuing care. Getting referral for other specialist is a joke . I was refed to some of the poorest qualified doctors I have ever had to deal with. Do yourself some research before getting involve this place
