The Home Depot

So I was going through this thing with the fridge I had kind of a nightmare and then we got a hold of these two ladies Lola at Frigidaire and Angela at home Depot and they want above and beyond to help me out see I have cancer and it's terminal in times have been hard so a friend of mine wrote this who worked with both of those people Tori so I'm going to paste it here I'm super glad I could help but the real MVP was the Frigidaire lady her mother passed from cancer 4 yrs ago and she was crying on the phone when we hung up bc she was going to do everything in her power to have a new fridge to Mac no matter if she had to drive it herself it seemed. So thank you Lola from Frigidaire and Angela from home Depot for staying on top of the emails to keep it all flowing so great once it started Angela have you see this and Lola thank you You took such a weight off my shoulders What amazing customer service when you talk to the right people thank you.

Finally some good customer service at curbside/pickup order, I have been having grievances with this specific store customer service since early march of this year. From some lady thinking we stole a screw when we were looking for a specific "machine type pan head screw", 1 out of 3 fence panels being broken before we pick it up and a broken cabinet almost being put on our truck. (also a toilet getting broken while being put on the truck)

Today we pick up two orders, Monica was such as sweetheart, I explained how it show as ready for pick up but not email or button on the app (the order was selected as curbside so it should show but we know how apps like to go bonkers), she took over, she was fast, polite and cordial explaining how the new app update was giving problems, she call for help to bring it to our cart without us asking, while the guy arrived to help, she made sure our two orders were together (I saw her walk, pull the car of one order and next to the bay where our second order was), she went back to counter to check on other customers and comeback when the guy arrived to help, told him about our first order and where the second one was and exactly the number of boxes and still she was keeping an eye to not neglect other clients.

I may have a new grievance on the future, but I want to give credit where credit is due, today this employee went above and beyond to make sure from start to finish our order were ready, problem and accident free.

I went with family members to pick out a new refrigerator. The sales lady was very nice and helpful. I got an LG on sale

We visited home depot for a few items we needed to complete a small DIY at home and you can't go wrong coming here. Yes, sometimes you end up purchasing more than you need but it's a great store with so much selection and their prices are reasonable. So, we found what we needed and were in and out of there in no time at all. Got back and and completed our job and are quite happy with the overall experience of shopping and the home depot store.

Picked up some fans for our semi. Everything went great.

Home Depot is a dangerous place for me. Oh look plants! Oh look kitchen sinks! Oh look tile!! Home Depot has it all. It’s organized and if I have a question it is quickly answered. Returns are so simple. I can have it delivered, pick it up, or browse and buy! Great store!!

I painted for the first time. I had no idea what to do or what to get. I got the wrong paint and I was very sad, but home depots customer service was very good and they helped me with exchanges and returns. I am grateful for the staff on listening to me and helping me finish my project the right way

I visit Home Depot so often, they should give me stock in the company, lol. They all carry the same merchandise (pretty much), but it's the staff that keeps me coming back. I'm a regular in the Garden Department and the staff there is friendly and helpful. It's that way throughout the store. Great selection of indoor and outdoor plants, plus landscaping rocks, mulch, garden soil, you name it, they probably have it! Love my friendly neighborhood Home Depot!
Update: I was there yesterday, purchasing a new fridge and the staff was wonderful as usual. Masking is optional at the moment. Lots of new plants in the garden department, ready for Spring!

I went into the indio store after being sent around by other stores for a warrenty issue. Ivania in the service center totally assisted me in a timely and respectable fashion. I was very pleased with her attitude and willingness to help.

Victoria in the paint department could not have been more helpful!
I'm a real estate broker representing a buyer who is a veteran on a complicated VA loan purchase of a manufactured home in Indio. We are days away from closing the transaction and the buyer's lender insisted on seeing the HUD plates for the property. These plates had been painted over several times and were completely illegible. Victoria was very helpful in directing me to the correct products to purchase to reveal the plaque underneath this paint. I was skeptical but it could not have worked better.

Love it always get what I came for

Oh Holy Spirit! My local (Indio) has finally hired someone that provides excellent customer service. Anabel (store assistant) helped me provide a traveling couple with a blessing. Anabel is special.

So let me start out by saying this is one of the cleanest and most customer oriented Home Depot I've ever been in! The manager Ernesto could be the most valuable asset to this Home Depot! Not sure if his bosses are reading this but if you are that man deserves a raise as well as a couple days extra on that vacation! I would say my reasons for leaving such a great review but I encourage you to go in and speak with the manager Ernesto yourself and you will figure it out.... thank you for solving my issues in store and also helping me with taking home the magnet that best suit my needs :-)

Gary was wonderful. I was there for over an hour and he was patient, knowledgeable, and super nice. I love home depot 98 percent of the time and this was.one of those times

The friendly, knowledgeable staff helped me out when I stopped by to get some plastic sheets and duct tape because my car window came off the track and it was to late to get it repaired. One of the staff watched my car while I was inside because I couldn't lock it up. That's going the extra mile. Thanks again

Clean environment. Even the bathrooms are nice. The people in the garden area were very helpful. And even the people that watch the individuals using the self-checkout were very helpful. I was able to find what I needed very quickly and accurately.
