We had the pleasure of having Cindy Rice as our realtor in the selling of our house. She made the process so simple and stress free. The pictures she had taken of our house were simply stunning and definitely helped in a lot of interest and a fast sale. When we got multiple offers she guided us on how to handle it to get the best outcome. We had multiple questions for her and she answered all of them or went out of her way to get an answer for us. Signe and Cindy were fabulous from the minute we meet them. They went above and beyond. We're from out of town and only had two days to find a home. Signe did it in one day. The offer was written and accepted by the end of the day. Signe and Cindy looked out for us all the way through the process with paper work, inspections, estimates for improvements, HOA info, insurance and checking it after the hurricane. With their help we actually closed the sale in 28 days. We would recommend these two to anyone. They are friendly, excellent communicators/listeners, knowledgeable, proactive, willing to put time extra time and know the business inside and out. We were fortunate to have teamed up with them. Matt Stewart worked tirelessly for us. From day one he was hard at work. He held numerous open houses until our house sold. He was able to close the deal when the buyers became a bit problematic days before closing. Without Matt, the deal probably would have fallen through. We highly recommend anyone to use Matt. He will work harder than anyone else and hold more open houses to get your house sold! He and Signe work seamlessly together to assure you of a smooth and easy sales process. Signe and Cindy go above and beyond! My husband and I had a nightmare experience with purchasing our home and these ladies fought hard for us and stayed the course. Almost two years later, there was a problem with our mortgage company and we reached out to Cindy and Signe for advice.
