Ayoub and Associates is by far the best place I have had my taxes done at. We have been coming here for a few years now and I must say the service is wonderful. All staff members are professional, polite, calm, and helpful. When we get there, we are always greeted kindly and offered beverages while we wait. Every time we have been in they are always on time with our appointment and have all our documents ready to review. It's a very smooth & painless process. We are in and out of there within the hour which is nice since we usually go during our lunch time. Very convenient! I've also called a few times before coming in to make sure I have everything I need (5+ times) which I'm sure is probably time consuming during the tax season but when someone answers they are always willing to help with an upbeat reaction. I definitely recommend this place for anyone nervous about getting their taxes done. They are good at making you feel comfortable and satisfied with the end result!
