Jason was an excellent salesperson! I felt warmly greeted, invited in… welcomed. He was knowledgeable about the products/services and I will be buying from him again! I will be in the market for some new phones & wouldn’t choose anyone else to buy from!

Shantel impressed me with the swiftness she solved the issue with my phone. I especially appreciated how calm and patient she was. What a great rep she is for AT &T !!

Husband and I used to dread going to AT&T, Grass Valley. Pretty much any AT&T, if I’m honest. And along came Nick. A new manager. Tech wizard, excellent customer service people skills, and laid back. He helped us out of a real jam. Thanks, Nick. You turned that store on its ear.

Only been here a couple times. Staff helpful, decent selection. Update 6-19-23: Went in to pay my bill & purchase a new phone. The whole transaction only took like 30 mins. Every time I have been here the staff has been great with very little wait time.

My experience with your rep, Brian in the Grass Valley store, was over & above, the call of Duty. On a scale of 1 to 10, he is a 10+! Cudo's & a reward/acknowledgement is highly recommended!!! HE IS a definite Asset to the AT & T Corporation!!! Please acknowledge him, & consider him Outstanding!

I am so happy with the service AT&T provides me. Usually, when I come in Brenda helps me and she is so knowledgeable, welcoming and very nice. She has so much patience and she is very helpful. Went in to buy a new phone after breaking my existing one without spending much more on my phone bill. I was helped by Nick, he was fast, kind, and helped me do everything I wanted and needed. Also, he explained all of the payment updates and kept my phone bill from skyrocketing. I have also been in when Taylor was working. Overall great staff.

I went in to change my watch and upgrade it. My wait time was less than five minutes. The lady at the Grass Valley store went above and beyond to check my account to see how she could save me money. She was able to get a decrease in my phone bill which is always above $400. Dollars. Please let her know how much it meant for her to go that extra mile

Katelyn went above and beyond helping me to purchase a brand new phone and switch from Verizon to AT&T. She had the answer to every question I had and helped me bundle my new plan accordingly. I’m an EMT so I had a lot of questions about the FirstNet first responder phone plan. One of the best in person customer service experiences I've had when it comes to purchasing a new phone and enrolling in a plan. What’s usually a lengthy process was quick and straightforward. On top of all that I’m getting more service for less money. Any other first responders, I highly recommend getting AT&T with their Firstnet plan.

I believe in customer service. This store, does a great job serving their community. The store manager, Stephanie, is amazing. She knows AT&T in and out and she understands what great customer service is and she models it for her new employees. Give her a bonus!! Thank you!!

Ashley Resendes at this store was the most helpful, patient, and professional associate!!!! She spent four hours with us the other day resolving a major “screw-up” that was made by an AT&T store in Nevada. She went above and beyond spending hours on the phone with tech support, firstnet support, and many other management support folks to resolve the problem!! We are so grateful that we didn’t have to make a special trip back to Nevada to clear the issue up.Thank you, thank you Ashley!!! We would highly recommend this store!!!

My wife and I went to purchase a smart phone for her. She had not previously used a smart phone. Karina, the sales representative who assisted us, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, as well as very friendly. Her advice enabled us not only to purchase the exact right phone, but she also guided us in selecting the proper cell phone protective cover and the best Bluetooth to meet my wife's requirements. She was also very patient as she explained to my wife in detail how to use the phone.

I also want to thank Stephanie, the store manager, for helping me when I went back to the store an hour later for assistance in using the phone.

I highly recommend this store, and especially Karina, to everyone.

AT&T any day over Verizon. AT&T has honest, knowledgeable staff. They will go above and beyond to take care of you.
October 2020... Update, watch out for hidden fees such as their $55 restocking fee. I was told I had 14 days to return the phone if I wasn't happy with it. I returned it the next day to choose a different phone and was then told that there was a $55 restocking fee. Not cool!

We came in to add two lines of service to an existing plan. Shantel helped us seamlessly transfer two numbers to AT&T mobile, including a landline. She was able to offer us the same deal we saw advertised online. We were very pleased with her professional and friendly customer service!

Dealing With The Assistant Manager Daniel Was Very Pleasant. The Gentleman Went Above And Beyond What Was Necessary For The Sale, And Actually Had My Best Interest At Heart. One Of The Most Pleasant Experiences I’ve Had Yet When It Comes To Corporate Chains.
