Perfect quick stop for Mexican food in the heart of downtown Nevada City. They have a big menu, and the portion sizes are enormous. Everything was delicious and they're really nice! It's a pretty casual counter serve kind of place, and they have a little patio out front plus lots of indoor seating.

Quick, friendly service and good food. Indoor and outdoor seating. (3) Authentic tacos ~ $10, with side of rice and beans, plus chips and salsa ~ $20. They have beer and wine if you dine in. This is the spot if you're looking for Mexican food in Nevada City. 👍 Edit: photo added. I love this place.

Had a good time in this small restaurant, food was delicious, perfect service. I went with all my family, if you visit Nevada city and you would like to eat Mexican food this is the right place.

This place deserves 10 Stars ⭐ their chicken taco salad is absolutely the best, anytime we travel up HWY 49 we religiously stop off to enjoy a delicious taco salad and ice tea! Stop on by give this place a try, i guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Staff is delightful and friendly, and atmosphere is clean and cozy.

This food was fantastic!
I got the 3 taco plate which was great...and if you want to spicy it up, try the Sauce/salsa made out of the Morita Pepper on your taco or the tortilla chips. It's smokey flavor and heat is so good.

Great authentic Mexican food. Portion was perfect chips, salsa and guacamole were great. Service was excellent even with our toddlers making a toddlers sized mess.

Excellent!! One of the best Mexican cuisine outlets around town. If you have not been here, do so. Great food and beer. Plus, they also have a nice herd of cows out back you can choose from for your ultra fresh Carne Asada. You can't beat that! The people that run the place are also muy bueno.

Enjoyed some of the most delicious fish tacos made with sea bass. Service is walk up to order, chips and salsa cost extra and are worth the small extra cost, food is brought to your table very fast. Would definitely try again.

Right in the heart of the historic Nevada City, you have fantastic Mexican food looking out the windows or sitting on the deck. We're just loving it. Great food

The best fish tacos this side of Baja. They use quality fresh sea bass and not the typical low-end tilapia. All items here are excellent traditional Mexican food and not Tex-Mex. Al pastor, carnitas, even molcajete! Right in the center of downtown near the post office.

So delicious every time and super quick service. The salsa's are all on point and all the staff are friendly and kind. My roommate is from Mexico and says she likes it so much because it tastes just like how her family cooks. Yummmyyy

Quaint little eatery with good food. Portions are large, so be aware when ordering. Quality of the food was good. I recommend if you want good food at a decent price.

I ordered thru Doordash not knowing what to expect , and was super impressed. Food was packaged perfectly and incredibly tasty. I've eaten here a number of times, but ordering delivery is now an excellent option because these people care.

Food is done well and tasty. Makes the price well valued! Plus I appreciate ordering like a fast food but having a sit down experience, allows me to get up and go when I need to. Great place!

I had never tasted tacos as good as these, the drinks were very good, some options I didn't even know what they were, but I loved everything, very delicious.

Excellent find.. We lost our go to when COVID came and haven't found anywhere is sac that meets it. We were in Nevada city and found this little place.. Perfection. I had a burrito and my husband had veg tacos..
