Surprisingly wonderful massage! There are so many amazing healers in our community, so good, in fact, that they understandably cannot take walk-ins. And that’s what I needed Saturday. I had some unexpected free time and needed a massage and was able to be seen right away. Coco was my therapist and she was fantastic. The ambiance is not the silent sanctuary style, but it’s clean and offers a Great massage at a great price! I’ll definitely be back!

Really great work. The therapist give really good deep tissue. I have been a massage therapist myself for 25 years. I book a session at Crystal Massage anytime I an in Grass Valley each therapist is different and unique. And the low walls and signage make sure that clients know they won’t have uncomfortable negotiations over “happy endings.” Which is usually an uncomfortable given at Asian massage parlors. The price is reasonable far below industry rates. Please make sure to tip generously.

Love this place. Regularly got hour long foot massages up to 39 weeks pregnant (foot massages can include shoulder/neck/limbs but you're able to be in recline on your back instead of face down). I rarely made an appointment and they always made time for me. Such a treat! Would highly recommend for prenatal relief.

Passed threw town this weekend and stopped to get a massage. Absolutely amazing massage and no weirdness and the woman gave me an amazing massage. Thank you and can't wait to pass threw town next time.

I live out of town and hadn’t been to Crystal Massage for a while. I went last week after a long hard week of working. I was so impressed with Lily’s technique. 5 stars! Absolutely recommend. During the Covid Pandemic, they’ve taken proper measures to help keep their employees and clients safe. I had a 90 minute “Combo” massage today. Clean, clean, clean. Will return and appreciate their services. I would even argue they are an essential business during these stressful times. It really helps to get a quality massage, and that is what I had today! I own a business that provides massage therapy. We seriously have 3 of the best therapists in town. As a massage therapist of 40 years myself, I am very picky! Sometimes however I need or want a massage when I get off work, my office is closed or my therapists are fully booked. Crystal massage has a variety of good therapists and 2 or 3 excellent therapists available. The place is clean and professional. I love it as a back up. :)

I have used Crystal's massage services at least 15 times and have always had an excellent experience - the one hour foot massage is a superb value! Excellent deep tissue by David - my husband has had a couple other therapists with excellent deep tissue results. We'll keep going back for more!

Our journey to Grass Valley included blowing a tire on 101 and standing on the side of the highway for an hour and a half. We didn't get into town until 2am. The next morning my husband and I felt beyond beat up. So glad we found Crystal Massage. One of the best messages ever left us loose and pain free. They were awesome!

My wife and I have been going regularly since they've opened. It's an excellent experience every time! They have now added exfoliation back scrub for $10. Truly a great experience.

These guys are great, both the women and men know what they are doing. After every ski or mtb trek they sort me out! I see them almost weekly and they keep me mobile.

My boyfriend and I are regulars here. I usually request david, cindy is also amazing! Everyone is excellent, we've never not had a great massage! There are individual rooms for your party for more privacy and the prices cant be beat for the service they provide!
