Holiday Lodge

The Holiday Lodge in Grass valley has treated us great and it is a family-owned establishment who really take care of their guests. They gave us a great deal on a weekly rate and we couldn't ask for more . We are definitely planning on coming back here anytime we need to stay somewhere away from home. We fell on hard times and needed a place to stay. That was close by and had decent rates. This was definitely the place. Thank you for all of your hospitality holiday lodge Grass valley, California.

From the outside I didn't expect much but when I opened the door to my room I was in heaven it looked just like a cabin in the woods, pot belly stove and all... Very impressed. I've sent pictures to everyone in Texas.

This place is a hidden gem. I believe is family owned because that's how they treat you... Like family.
I hate to tell you... But great rate and closer to everything. I hate to say it because I will stay there every time and I don't want you all hacking up the rates! Trust me...

Polite woman at the desk, even though it was very late. Rooms spotless! I love the tile floor instead of dirty carpeting. Nice bed, great air conditioning and lots of channels. Great price. Would stay again.

My mother and I have been struggling the past few months and the staff at Holiday Lodge has been very hospitable. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very attentive with our needs and the motel is stocked with amenities. The pool is also exceptional. A quiet, family friendly place. It's rare to find a business with caring staff who truly care about the lives of those utilising their services.

Amazing place to stay. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and very clean. Quiet and peaceful. Chris, the young man at the front desk goes above and beyond making you feel comfortable. The owner's make you feel like family. Even the room service girl's are so kind. I am an evacuee from paradise and have been overwhelmed by their kindness. Definitely will recommend to everyone I know

This is my second time staying here this week and honestly, we have gotten wayyy better treatment than we did at the best western in the same town. Their Customer service skills are amazing. Fast, efficient, easy to understand, and very accommodating. As for the rooms they aren't to die for but it's definitely worth. The price.

The Hotel is staffed with very friendly people. Kim, Manager, is extremely helpful with making your stay pleasant. Kim gave a great recommendation for a couple of restaurants that were very good. Kim also allowed me to leave my motorcycle bag secured in her office while I rode my Harley for the day. That made my day! I definitely recommend this hotel based on good price, bed and employees.

Clean, modest room features a VERY comfortable bed, multiple pillow choices, soft, medium and firm. There was piping hot water and a decent TV and free WiFi. Cheaper than any other place in town. VERY friendly staff.

Excellent customer experience and friendly staff that knew a lot about the area. Hotel under new ownership. Amazing how each room has a different theme but overall rooms are clean and very affordable. Very surprising that the hotel has a business center! I would definitely stay again because of the customer service!

Stayed 2 nights older place, but clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for a nicer person then, Chris at the front desk.

I've stayed here before and it wasn't a unpleasant experience, however, I had to stay here for business again and it seems like the new ownership has changed this place around. Would def come stay again.

I stayed here for a week it's very quiet and the staff and owner's are so nice and friendly and the rooms were just remodeled and are clean and nice.

Great place to stay. The hotel staff was really nice and welcoming. There was a balcony and it was a quiet hotel.

Its a good place,humans ruin most things,the ground the rooms ,the best thing they can't ruin is the sunsets,come stay and look to the west
