High Desert Plaza

High Desert Plaza is a very nice medical facility, since the beginning as soon you enter they check your temperature, making sure that you don't have any Covid-19 symptoms, all of them wearing masks, gloves, face shields and gowns, the entrance is on the side of the building by Urgent Care and they were very nice, polite and professional, give us directions where to go, I went for a treatment by Urgent Care and the admittance was very smoothly and fast, by the treatment section all the personnel were very helpful, explaining all the process and making sure that I feel comfortable, it was a wonderful experience, no complaints added 🙂👍

They are a VA approved urgent care. The doctor took his time with my husband to really find out the problem. I recommend this to any veteran!

Urgent care was amazing! I walked right in and was checked in immediately. No line. I loved the atmosphere of departments with everything labeled. I was never lost looking for the office. Front dest ladies saw me, waved me over, and helped me professionally and respectfully. Will visit again someday, if needed.

I go to High Desert Medical Group, they have other facilities for Diabetes & other groups. Their podiatry dept is top-notch.

As everyone know I donate blood plasma twice a month to earn cash as well as help people that need the plasma...they also test your blood every 4 months for any health problems

I've been with High Fezert for over 4 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The people there help you no matter what the situation is. I don't think urgent care should just be for the elderly, it should be for ALL High Desert patients. It's always clean and quiet and service is fast no matter where you go in the clinic.

Staff is always great.
For awhile the blood pressure machine (the new one, wouldn't wk on me, from time to time (7or 8 times)very frustrating. Call corporate(10 times never called back.) Lately, success with BP machine.
Again Staff is great 👍🏾

HDMG Urgent Care is the best. They are very professional and respectful and all the doctor's and nurses seem to really care about the patients. They also have everything you need to get tests and x-rays in one facility. I've been there a few times and never had a bad experience.

This place is great. They have plenty of amazing services.

Here you can donate plasma and they pay you "but" you have to show them a electric bill they want to know you live up here.

And couldn't be happier with Jim the owner of the store. Great place to go if you need anything to do with tabaco or something else.

Very clean Dr's office and the staff were very nice. The back nurse was amazing.

Urgent care is efficient and clean, infusion center top notch, great Nurses very friendly always helpful.
