I must say, having things like toothpaste, deodorant, antiperspirant, and other odd things behind glass really really annoys me to no end but you know what? I have NEVER had a problem waiting for someone to come over and open whatever I need. In other places I've waited upwards of 20 minutes OR longer and just left. But at Target there is ALWAYS someone assigned to be in those specific isles so I have never had to wait more than a minute or two. Everyone there is so nice and helpful no matter where I am or what question I have. I must say their customer service has just done a 180 and I'm always happy when I leave again. Great job Target 🎯 You stepped up your game ✨😁✨

Love this Target 🎯 store. Staff are extremely friendly. Always go to buy my baby his diapers a young gentleman approached me while ordering Star Buck's ⭐ in line. I had my baby's diaper box on the floor so I won't be standing and holding it in line. He asked me if I wanted a Target strap to put on my baby's diaper box so I can use as a handle. Never seen these straps before. I really thought it was helpful due to one side of the box being ripped.

I was in your store today - looking for a few specific items for an upcoming trip. I approached a wonderful associate (Angel) for assistant. He indicated to me he was deaf, and, I asked if he read-lips. He indicated he did, and, that he would gladly help me. He accompanied me to the women's "Active Wear" dept. After not having been in Target in many years - well, Angel was just the right person for me to have had the opportunity to meet. KUDOS to Angel. Thank you. 😊

I was able to get everything I went for. Due to all the thefts, a lot of products are locked in cases, but the best part is an employee was in the area, and I didn't have to wait like I normally do at Walmart.

Jasmine and fulfillment is an absolute doll I stopped shopping at Target when I moved from Palmdale to quartz Hill and just have been with Walmart I've never been really big on target staff until Jasmine in fulfillment. She went above and beyond her job description... I am certain!!!!! There was no bottled water available,so she went in the back and brought me a case. She also did a couple price checks for me and I could tell she was busy.... And definitely under pressure. She is an asset to that company and I hope they recognize that. You definitely need her working with customers because I have not had the same luck with the majority of employees there. I see more hanging out and gossiping then I see them helping people.

Friendly staff. To you it may seem silly for me to care about the music however I come from a place where they only play my music. It's nice to hear a store acknowledge other people exist.

The lady working the electronics department was awesome. She helped me pick out my grandsons Nintendo gift cards. Great service.

I just want to give a shout out to Melanie. She has great customer service very helpful. There was no baskets, but upon asking Melanie if she could find out if there was any, she also went and grabbed me a basket.

Sabrina at from the order pickup section today was phenomenal. I can tell she had a long day today but she was in an absolutely awesome and helpful mood nonetheless. I wanted to take the time and acknowledge her extremely kind demeanor and awesome selfless service that left an impression upon me. She went above and beyond in helping me with my barcode and finding my stuff for me. Exceptionally awesome employee. Thanks Sabrina!

Came to get somestuff and grabbed a starbucks on the way in. Definitely a great experience shopping with a coffee in hand. Yiou dont go to target with a list........you let target tell you what to buy lol.

Well stocked, store well laid out, as are all Target stores. It was also very neat and clean and looked uncluttered and nice. Not messy at all! I had the most wonderful employee help me.. I think her name was Abby, and she knew so much about lamps and helped me find information about the specific lamp I was looking at. I really was quite surprised that someone was so knowledgeable about the product. I will be visiting this store again!

Awhile back I went in to purchase a few black shirts for work. It said they were in stock. When I arrived and went to the mens section, it was a disaster. I couldn’t find anything. So I left and ordered them online. It was my first time to that target and I thought it would be my last. I left a review about my experience. Shortly after, management reached out to me and asked about my experience and I explained the situation and they said they would correct the problem. Today I returned again as I was in the area. To my surprise, management took my complaint seriously and got the mens section in order. It was both organized and clean. I was able to find what I needed in the section advertised within seconds. I came back to leave another review to simply thank that store for actually listening to my initial complaint (concern). Not only for me, but for any other customers who come in. To all customers, please take care of this target. It has been my personal experience that they do in fact care about the customer! Thank you

Nicer and less crowded than Walmart

My order was so easy to place, I was able to check to make sure what I needed was in stock before I made the drive. I was greeted by an amazing young man who helped me check in, then brought my order to the car. His demeanor was one of confidence, friendly and I am sure I was top dog of customers!

Great experience, friendly employee, would shop here again.
