I loved it, and check in was quick, smooth and easy. No drama or judgments. As we were leaving, he smiled and said be cool and enjoy your stay. I'm always discrete, so must be because of the nasty desert heat they had going. I went to the room while my friend moved the car and was going to get stuff out. He told me to get ready, so I did. Room was really clean, not at all what other reviews said. 2 beds, looked good and clean. Did a quick bathroom check also clean. Basic motel bathroom. Tub will fit 2 and I had good headroom. I'm almost done changing when he comes in with 2 guys. My first customers. Bed held up fine with 3 of us on it, barely messed up the sheets.
Even with the heat, some neat areas to explore, take some pics for my modeling / acting portfolio. And out there, 15th and Ave. K. Great areas to go and earn some money. Lots of nice men gave me rides, anything to get out of the heat. Pool is great too, especially late at night when most people are sleeping. My only complaint, and nothing they can control, Palmdale is HOT, and not in a good, fun way. Nice that the AC worked well. Definitely will stay here again if I make it out this way. Just, dress for the heat, lots of outfits I had just sat in the car.

I don't know what people are talking about on these reviews- we stayed because it was pet friendly and had a family room for a good price. Very clean rooms, staff was always helpful and I've never seen staff try so hard to accommodate you. The security gaurd gave peace of mind when we took our dogs out at night. I was very pleased and would stay again. I would highly recommend the hotel. As far as out dated...yes it was, but that did not matter it had a lot of great qualities apart from that. Easy freeway access, fast food near by and restaurant minutes away.

This motel is really nice. The front desk staff are polite and made sure my room was clean and all of them smile a lot. The rooms are spotless and all the soap and tissues and toilet paper where still sealed and folded all fancy so you can tell they where new. They have flat screen TVs, with HDMI ports in the rooms. The neighbors are quiet and don't bother me. IHOP is in the same parking lot basically. I don't have any complaints.

Stayed the two nights at this motel. It is easily found just off freeway, and is in quite a handy location. Being set back, there is no problem with traffic and has ample parking. Gives easy access to everything really and there is a Denny's only 5 minutes walk away. Service on reception was efficient and helpful with a supply of maps. Room was clean and comfortable, bed linen was fine and no difficulties with supply of hot water. Room was reasonably large and considered this motel to be good value considering nightly rates elsewhere in Lancaster.Would therefore recommend as do not think will get better value.

I'm not one to stay at budget motels; however, I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness of this establishment. I was suprised to see that they use fresh linen daily and they actually clean the rooms daily. Great staff and Awesome property Manager by the name of Zun. The only drawback was no ironing board.

It is a nice place to spend the night out of the cold . The room I stayed in was clean and warm . The room had a bathtub and shower combo , with even a hide away small refrigerator , although I found no microwave in the room I stayed in .

Five stars for the get workers who are good people who thinks everyone is a sex offender or don't see a street workers who do a good damn job on the roads and the cop station is like right down the street lots of first response noise and also public WiFi is under the scramblers of the first response towers in the area that blot out getting and transparency of servers out to public and the cops don't really care about the partties unless the they suggest that you do what is safe and stay out of the red lights but is rapidly changing and cleaning up their fat mess on the streest which like I said my people are needy but good people even the president knows of this town best motel and has made arrangements to promise a good review and my name is E and you'll see me around and I don't ever show the fact that I'm really just a man who has some needs like the services of thisotel say to get dry clean and that's it the others are bacicly study by the people who do to much stairing at certain things like drug use and homelessness and values are threw the roof as to the work done to this 100 year old building trust no partties at this site it's a bacicly day off from the coold

Love this place it seems to be a family place you can tell from how all the kids play together the other day I watch the manager pull a flat screen tv to the picnic area had the kids sit down and watch a cartoon movie they gave them chips and some juice this was around 8 pm there was at least 15 kids

Under New Management formerly known as a Super 8 Lancaster they are currently remodeling all rooms to wood floors fresh paint new double pane windows new countertops the place is spanking forget the rest come to the best have a nice stay enjoy the pool or spa and there's a washer and dryer room with Coke machine snacks ice and everyone that works here is downright friendly Dog friendly home away from home.

The location is off the 14 fwy ave K extit. The hotel is clean family friendly pet friendly staff is awsome. They are very friendly and affordable. Rooms are clran and. Accommodate to the needs of the people

Lovely hotel, lovely room; The internet service was good, fast for a hotel. Extremely comfortable and look forward to staying here again, hopefully for a longer duration which this hotel is definitely suited for!

Place sucks in regards to humans, rooms are cold & showers are wonderful

Cool rooms and nice beds. No one bothered me.

The manager is a really cool guy and the owner is always making sure the place looks better and better everyday when work is putting to the place

They allow pets and have a mini fridge in rooms. laundry room and game room downstairs ,pool Jacuzzi and BBQ pit

Nice and quiet had a great night of sleep would recommend it to anyone

Not a very good place if u have kids traveling. But for the price its livable
