Great customer service. The employees greet you with a friendly smile. Quick and helpful employees an services. Wait times aren't usually long but just in case they've provided customers with WiFi, Television, and super cozy recliners in the waiting area.

I have had fleet trucks for over 15 years. I just moved to the area and brought my truck to this dealer for a simple tire and brakes. I was told I could pick the truck up the next day which was Saturday. When i called to get the truck I was told fleet services was closed and my truck could not be released to me "fleet never gave them paperwork". I had to take the day off on Monday to get the truck. On top of all that they never changed the tire "it had to be ordered" and no one even bothered to remove the paper floor mat. I have been to many repair shops over the years and this is the worst. I will never return there they have no idea of a customers needs.

Took them 36 hours to make a diagnostic. I brought my work car at 12 pm for oil change and asked them to check alignment and breaks. Called them back at 4 - they said it has to stay overnight. Next morning I called and was told that it should be ready by noon. When I came back at noon they told me that they made mistake and thought I was calling about other truck. At 1pm They still couldn't tell me even the estimated time of repair to be complete. I also found that THEY EVEN NEVER START MY CAR REPAIR!!! They were keep telling me that they still waiting for authorization from my fleet department, that they need confirmation from alignment specialist, bla bla bla! I was promised to be called by the end of a day. At 6 I was still never called back! Going to take it out tomorrow. WILL DEFINITELY NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
P.S. I was doing oil change and breaks service 3 month ago, the breaks never became better, same squeezing sound, and they promised to wash witch was never done - I've got a coupon for free wash next time. Took them 1 day for that service.
