US Post Office Carrier Annex

I had an issue with the package and when I went down, they were nothing but a professional, super kind and help get everything sorted out for me. I have no complaints and honestly don’t understand why their rating is so low the people there that are working have gone out of their way for me.

I had a good experience here. I ordered some supplies from an online business and apparently they had taken my address down incorrectly. So I called the postal service when my parcel was supposed to be "out for delivery" according to the tracking. They held the package for me, and all I had to do was go pick it up from the office. No problems of any kind whatsoever. They were attentive and very helpful to me.

I would like to thank workers at the W. Lancaster post office. I mailed a letter in haste and forgot to put postage> It was an important letter with a money order in it and I appreciate getting the letter back so that I could mail it properly. Thank you for the good service!!!

My call was answered promptly and the person who answered the phone was very polite and professional. I don't understand the negative reviews here, maybe it has to do with attitude. Great service and attitudes by the employees.

The place where time stands still.

I have always had pleasant and competent service here. However, this is the location where people with problems are sent, so every customer's transaction takes a long time. Unfortunately it's also the rural oversized package pick up.

You can not mail anything or buy stamps at this US Post Office Annex. It is a article pickup only and mail is sorted/delivered out of this location. The folks that work there are really nice though.

Mail box was broken into so I went to this facility to pick up my mail. I waited about 5 minutes for clerk. She asked me for ID, address, she went looked for my mail and was brought to me in about 5 minutes , done.

This is NOT a regular Post Office I’ve had to go twice to get new keys for my box and they’ve been great.
