Diamond Ford Lancaster

I went to this dealership in December. There were some issues, but they stepped up. They worked the system and worked hard to find a solution. They bent over backwards and made called to there other dealers to find a deal that would work. They did an outstanding job to find me the truck I wanted. My experience is that this dealership is working hard to make this year a good one for any that are looking for a vehicle. They are about making people feel like they got a good deal on what ever vehicle they get. As long as people work together anything is possible.

Just bought a new Ford Lightning at Diamond Ford in Lancaster. I have to give Diamond Ford and Chris Mejía a thumbs up and a 5 star rating. Chris made the whole process easy and simple to understand. Always had a answer for all my questions. After making the deal, with paper work gone to the finance dept., I found the same truck in a color I liked better. Chris stopped the sale and redid everything to accommodate us. Never batted an eye or showed any frustration. Gotta like that.

Scheduled appointment online after hours.
Showed up at the appointed time (Monday 8:00AM) and there were quite a few customers that arrived at roughly the same time. The staff was very courteous, professional, and efficient in working to get everyone checked in, so the wait was not as bad as I thought it would be.
Barret got me checked in quickly and even accommodated the addition of a smog check to the 3 recalls that I was there to address.
The vehicle was in a little after 8 and out around noon.

I test drove a couple of cars before going to Diamond Ford. Everytime, i was passed off to different salesmen.
This was most definitely one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Sam (the salesman) started and stayed with me the whole time. Not once was i passed off to a different salesman. They were extremely personable and friendly. I will definitely go back!!!!

I'm glad to say that Diamond Ford is coming back to what it use to be. The previous GM Sam was a joke and didn't care about loyalty and honesty to the customers. Now that Gus is the new GM I have gain that trust back, so thank you Gus!!!

I have been to different dealerships (I won’t name them) where you can feel the pushy-ness and relentlessness to have you leave with more than what you actually came for. Here at Diamond Ford I experienced the complete opposite. Big Mike was honest, transparent and straightforward when it was about the bronco, price and options. Diamond Ford really impressed me. I went in for a very low priced car for a 19 year old. It’s his first car and they made the car buying experience great! This was the only dealership I could find within 50 miles that *didn’t* charge outrageous markups (sometimes as much as $10k) - so my 2023 Ford Maverick was simply the factory MSRP, plus state tax and a DMV fee.
