Kevin is incredible. Got me in and out with what I wanted, great conversations, and very informative. If you go, you gotta go to him. Doesn't act or talk to you like the typical "vulture" salesman. His manager, Charlie, was very helpful as well. 10/10 service from them both.

Bought a 2024 Sequoia on Memorial Day and it was a very pleasant experience. First big thank you to Anthony for being so welcoming and making sure we took advantage of the free food they were offering. He was so attentive and kept checking in on us as they worked on our deal. We got a great deal with no mark ups so very happy. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota. They also had a great selection.

The most helpful staff we have ever encountered. Our Toyota 2020 Highlander Hybrid stopped mid drive on the way back home and we unfortunately had to tow our vehicle to the closest Totoya Dealer /Service area on the evening of 4th of July. The site was closing upon arrival, but after a call to the service area department, they where happy to accommodate us with instructions. When we arrived, we where meet with the welcoming hands of Tony Hernandez -Dealership Department
He stepped up to the plate in our time of need, providing us with a smooth transition, communicated with the service area department on our behalf, kept us up to date, and provided us with the necessities, until our vehicle was fixed and ready to go. I would also like to note a positive experience we had with the the staff at the service area department - Eddie Jimenez, Shannon (manager) and the mechanic(s).
Who stepped up to the plate with Tony. They kept us informed of the progress of our vehicle, fixed our vehicle, and sent us on our way to a timely manner. Hats off the the professional outstanding team at Lancaster Toyota Dealership and Service Area Department. Even though we are not locals of Lancaster they treated us like locals. I came in to look at a used Camry as soon as I got to the dealership I was greeted by a salesman Brandon in the beginning he look a bit lost I guess he was a new employee didn’t know much about the car or financing , came inside got help by his manager Charles he was very patient didn’t feel any pressure , showed us the best option for financing the Camry normally you run into managers that are rude Charles was the opposite made me and my family comfortable answer all our questions and now we are owners of a very nice Toyota Camry thanks Brandon and Charles for your help I will be sending by sister to you guys very soon .

We had purchased a 2022 Toyota Tacoma , we had a great experience, as soon as we walked in they were very welcoming and answered all our questions on what we we’re looking for, test drive the car , and bought it. Uriel and Jaime were so nice and patient we were the last customer and they had a good sense of humor in a professional way. We love our truck! While we were finishing the paperwork they filled up the gas and washed the car. It’s so nice in there! They have a little cafe, a kids room and the bathrooms were clean, I highly recommend this place. We were here from 7:00pm-10:00pm.Thank you Uriel and Jaime for everything 🙌🏽

Came in to look at the new tundra got help out by Kevin and Charlie very knowledgeable salesman ,the new tundra was a bit out of my budget but I did find a used one with low miles and was able to get to my monthly payment thanks Charlie and kevin if you guys go to toyota or Lancaster ask for them 100%
