Suzanne has always displayed the best quality, being dependable, knowledgeable and aware of my best interest for the most effective coverage. I've had numerous items insured including personal articles (jewelry), homes and automobiles that were all maintained with complete professionalism. I would recommend her/ this office of Suzanne and Julie to anyone interested in finding agents that are willing to go the extra mile to secure a pleased customer.

Suzanne and her daughter Julie have been taking care of my family for over 3 decades now. My family didn’t stay with them just out of loyalty but because they truly care for our family and are always doing the best they can to assist us. I moved out to LA where there are multiple other agents and offices, yet I choose to stay with Suzanne and Julie because I know no one else will take of me like they do. If you want agents who will treat you like family then please do yourself a favor and go to Suzanne and Julie!

Suzanne and Julie are by far the best insurance agents that I’ve ever dealt with. I'm in the military and had to move to the Antelope Valley. Lucky for me and my family, Suzanne's office was just down the street from where we lived making things much easier for face to face questions...pre-COVID times. Fast forward to today, my family and I have since moved down to the LA basin and have continued to keep Suzanne as our agent. The professionalism and knowledge that she and her staff have were very important to us to keep as moved away. We are very grateful to have her as our agent. Communication, these days during the pandemic, really hasn't been affected. Instead of going into the office, an email or a phone call is all it takes, and is responded to in less than 24 hours. There's also a cell phone as another means of contact the office has, but I rarely need to reach out to Suzanne and the staff via that cell phone...really, I've need to reach them once, on the weekend, and got what I needed...thankfully. Highly recommend having Suzanne Rojan as your SF agent if you're in the area!
